Heather as soon as I checked in was very nice, she even asked me my preference of which room I wanted. I said the lower the better gave us a bottom room floor close by the door. Which was perfect seeing as my fiance is a smoker she could easily get in and out to smoke. It felt very safe. It was very clean and smelled good in the room. It had very thing you needed. The breakfast was also great. It was close to outback and Starbucks I would stay again.

The only thing was the sofa bed didn't have a sheet on it I should have called for one.

The beds were comfortable, the room was cozy, and relaxing, and we slept peacefully.

The only thing that I would change is the continental breakfast could use some improvement, and it's not fair I'm comparing it to our normal hotel stay at the JW Marriott in Houston. Eggs for our Sunday stay we could tell that they were not fresh but powder. But it's Free vs $20 per plate.

The rooms were a nice large size. Had a 1 bed but I was large for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults comfortably. The couch I believe let out so option of 2 more adults and a child or 4 children. The room space could house 6. The property was very tranquil. I loved the outdoor pool space with attached seating areas with ceiling fans and a flatscreen tv. The lobby was nice as well. The meal area set separate from the main open seating, I appreciated. The breakfast was a full meal and was good. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job of keeping the rooms, public bathrooms and common areas clean and sanitized.

The property is off of I 45 Woodlands area so be prepared for traffic. The upside is you have a huge variety of restaurants, shops and Woodlands mall.

Location perfect, staff accommodating. Restaurants close by, everywhere we needed to go to was within 10-12 minutes.

It would have been perfect if there was a 1-2 bedroom suite for more privacy but otherwise it was superb.

It was very clean and staff were constantly cleaning. Staff was awesome! Loved the kitchen with the full sized refrigerator.

The $100 pet fee. I can understand a damage deposit but they charge $100 wether you stay one day or one week. Our dog is well trained and house broken. She doesn’t even shed.

The website indicated that the breakfast would be a continental breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was a full breakfast and very tasty.

The first day that I went to breakfast, breakfast sandwiches were available which worked with the limited time I had available for breakfast. I was somewhat disappointed to see that a "grab-and-go" option wasn't available the second morning of m y stay.

The breakfast is awesome! Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly! Great location.

The air conditioning unit needs an update I think. Just my opinion. But other than that I like the place.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Very quiet. Excellent location and environment to have a relaxing weekend away from home.

I was charged for parking almost $4 per night. The reservation quote did not mention this charge and I was not even asked if I had a car parked on the premises. When I disputed the charge I was asked to contact the property manager but had to pay first.

Breakfast would have been better to offer bacon, biscuits and gravy. The desk staff member waived my parking fee, which was good because that would have changed my experience if I had to pa=y for parking.
