The look from the outside of the hotel made me a little worried. It doesn't look old or dirty but very dark and plain. Kind of looked like a haunted house. This is why you shouldnt judge a book by its cover because the rooms were great. Bathroom was super clean. The room was cold (doesn't happen often at hotels), comfortable and the pillows were comfortable and not to thick and fluffy. Everything was clean and the bow they made with the toilet paper was GREAT!!! The breakfast was good and the coffee machine was AWESOME!!!!!!! I wish more hotels were like this.

The outside appearance of the hotel needs some lights and a little face lift. When we first got to the hotel it made me a little worried. It doesn't look old or dirty but it is dark and plain. The staff is always so nice and the facility is clean even though older than most hotels around there. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Breakfast was pretty good too. Large selection of pastries, breads, as well as eggs, bacon to be able to make a Breakfast burrito and a waffle maker.

We stayed in a handicap room which is what I requested. The only issue was the gripping strips on the shower floor were worn and it was too slippery for my 83 year old mother but there were handrails all around the shower so that helped alot.

Great location and convenient for our needs. Appreciated the access to the workout room and the daily breakfast was really nice. The coffee machine was a real plus! The staff was friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size for two.

There was a wet, musty smell every time you initially walked into the room but it didn’t linger.

Location was good. The staff were very friendly & so accommodating. The first night of our stay, the location of our room in front of the hotel was very noisy due to freeway & surface road. The next morning the kind staff were able to move us to the back of the hotel. It was just fine there. The breakfast was great!

Noisy if staying in front of the hotel. It would definitely help if the windows facing the front of the hotel were replaced by more soundproof windows.

Price

Outdated and dark updates needed in some areas. No air conditioning in hallways, The elevator needs maintenance it's a hazard, it's a safety and code violation due to panel not being secured. Television needs a guide to allow you to view channels and what's being shown. Need charging outlets for cell phones in rooms. Trees need to be trimmed back in areas for better lighting for vehicle safety.

Since I traveled alone with my child, I appreciate the safety and privacy the hotel offered. Room was clean except maybe the restroom like the toilet , but besides that’s very neat

Gym needs an upgrade

The staff was really nice, the beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was yummy, and the rooms were very clean and the ac worked like a charm!

The place is older so it was a little bit dusty in the hallways, and the pool was pretty murky.
