Convenient location. Spacious room away from the busy road. Next to Dennys and you get 10% off food there, I used that discount 3 days so I guess it’s stackable.

The fridge in the room didn’t close by itself, so I propped it against the enclosure and that worked. Some little critters decided to join us , I’m not really worried about it , but it was a lil gross. Subsequently I did feel inclined to do my laundry immediately upon returning home just in case..

Location was good. Could easily explore the Woodlands and go into Houston for more fun. Can also get into Houston easily if you don’t want to use toll roads. Just plan your route a little beforehand. There’s a Target right down the street. The staff was more than helpful. Room had comfortable bed, large bathroom, WiFi, TV with premium channels and working air conditioning (which is enough for summer in East Texas).

Could hear sirens and street traffic from the room. Not too bad or distracting but being right next to I-45 nothing to be done.

Didn't serve breakfast

They didn't serve breakfast. Every morning housekeeping tried to come in to clean even tho they was a do not disturb in the door. They removed it and opened the door anyways. The maintenance man came in extra early to check the sprinklers. This could have been done when the room was not assigned or a decent hour. Not before 8am

Super pet friendly!! There’s plenty of space to walk your pets and they even provide poop bags if you need them. The price was cheap, which is always a plus. The room, lot, pool area, and front lobby was clean. I saw reports from other guest that there are roaches. If there was any, I didn’t see any at all.

It is right next to busy interstate, so it’s going to be loud. I was pretty much in the front but couldn’t really hear too much noise from the room. I had a joining room with another family the first night. My room smelt like weed from a loud neighbor. She left the next day, so it wasn’t bad after that.

Staff is wonderful applause to the older long light brown haired lady and the young Hispanic man their professionalism,and patience is top tier. I witnessed someone giving them absolute hell and the handled it so welll cause me personally I would’ve crashed out

Good stay. good value for money with a clean room. nice parking option. Woodlands is a nice place to stay lots of restaurants short drive away

Front desk lady during day was awesome. She helped a lot and I didn't even ask she was just very thoughtful and made me feel like I was important . Clean rooms. Quiet. Really good place

No breakfast like it said in ad and needs some patching work in bathroom shower where there are some weird holes in plaster and ceiling. Looks like mildew is there too

Breakfast wasn't included. Housekeeping didn't replenish coffee It was much better when it was a La Quinta

Easy access to Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Nice pool.

Had trouble getting extra towels during a 3 day stay. Not sure if the staff understood my request or just chose to ignore it.
