Spacious two room suites with large bathroom. Very friendly staff. Well maintained clean and nicely furnished general area's. Inhouse easy acessable parking. Free drinks and snacks at Happy Hour. Absolutely great complementary breakfast. Better then anywhere else with lots of choices and a chef attending to your special wishes for omelets or fried eggs. We have traveled the Southern US for 7 weeks, seen lots of hotels, but this was the best. The area surrounding the hotel is beautiful. You can walk all around the lake or take the complementary free authentic Trolley to the Woodlands Mall.

The lack of respect some guests show for the hardworking staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Why trash something of this quality?

today when I asked, could I get extended check out she told me I was already 45 minutes late and check out is 11. It says all over the place. The check out is 12 including my booking. She told me it was not acceptable. and I needed to leave immediately. I was turned I decided I was staying till 12 anyway then when we were leaving before we were leaving, she had housekeeping up there exactly at 12 us when we were leaving. We were ready and walking out the door we go down the stairs in the elevator we’re walking out towards the car and she comes running out yelling my name Kim are you out? Are you leaving now? It was ridiculous. It was 1225 I believe.

Great location, close to many restaurants and lake, great view, and great customer service. Happy Hour with the 2 complimentary drinks (they were good), awesome bartender. Service was overall good. The hotel needs to update the furniture.

The furniture in the seated area was torn with stains on the couch. Multiple stains on the carpet floor. Pool-needed better filtration, water was green all night until throughout the next day. So, I didn't get a chance to experience the pool. Expected better being that you pay $300 a night.

The receptionist at check it was GREAT. Keyan is his name. He took good care of us. The King suite was very spacious. I like the fact of being able to close the bedroom off for privacy. The closet was a nice size with a lot of space Also the shower was large and roomy. Everything very clean and the room smelled extremely fresh and clean. House keeping serviced our room with excellency. She didnt cut any corners. Neither did she do a rush job. Breakfast was SUPER good. The variety was plentiful to select from.

This is the first hotel I can't find anything I didn't like.

Great Breakfast - there is a made-to-order omelette bar option. The fruit was fresh, and there were non-pork options (chicken sausage) for meat. Granola was available, including pecans, cranberries and other toppings. I was able to take a to-go container to my room, instead of having to balance plates in my arms back up the elevator. The room was quite comfortable, with lots of space, and plenty of comfort. We were suprised by a complimentary glass of champagne, and a handwritten letter (thanks, Vicki!).

I would have like to see more dairy-free options for breakfast, like cheeses for the omelette bar and yogurt for the granola. No overall complaints though.

Helen and Chauncey did a GREAT job of checking us in. We mentioned it was our daughters birthday and they sent snacks 🥨😋 and treats for the girls!!! They were so SWEET!! The young man at the bar told us the best spot to take pics. The cookies were the best!! The pool was AMAZING!! The trolley 🚎 was a THRILL for my girls and the BREAKFAST 🥞🍳 IS THE BEST IN Houston!!!!!

I loved the property , and the location. The biggest help to me was a guy that worked the front desk name Giovanni and the manager Chris. Breakfast was also really good. Beautiful location would book again!

On booking.com it states that the 2 room suite is a 2 bedroom suite and after checking in I found out I actually didn't book for enough beds. The way the description is worded is misleading. So I slept on the pull out couch so my daughter and her friends could enjoy the beds in the 1 room that we did have. Also a worker at the front desk named Vickie gave me a very hard time during check out however Giovanni was there to validate the discrepancies with the room.

The facility and location were absolutely terrific. You didn't have to drive to eat, relax, and have fun. The staff, the hotel, amenities, our accommodations were 5 star. We highly recommend this hotel for girls weekend, or family fun. You will see it is worth it!

There was nothing we didn't like. Clean, the breakfast was hot, fresh, and a huge variety of delicious food.

The staff was great , and helpful.The hotel was nice, not as new but clean in good shape, we enjoyed the area and our stay, and valet was great accommodating. Nice hotel I would go back.

Not having a view of the water , thought I had requested in reservations but I didn't, and no vacant rooms available, but we were out most of day, walking by water and restarunts so ot was fine, beautiful view outside.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is always a great first impression. The room I stayed in was spacious, allowing me to spread out and relax after a long day of traveling. The complementary breakfast options were awesome! There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which included freshly baked pastries, hot and cold breakfast items, and a variety of fresh fruits and juices. To top it all off, the hotel also offered two free drinks from the bar for my wife and me, which was a nice touch and a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The drinks were expertly prepared and the bartenders were friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff was also a standout feature of my stay. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that I had during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Embassy Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast options, free drinks, and friendly staff all contributed to a wonderful experience.
