Comfortable beds and great location. Within walking distance from the Cynthia Mitchell pavilion where we stayed the night for a concert

The front desk staff when we arrived. The lady was not helpful at all and did not offer any information about the internet, breakfast time, or check out time. I had to pull teeth to get her to give me the info. Also the parking garage said to take ticket for validation or discount specially at the Westin but the same front desk person when we checked out said they don’t offer any discounts and we had to pay the full amount. Totally not helpful

The room was spacious, huge bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Robes! Steps from the Ironman Finish Line.

Stayed here because of Ironman, wish breakfast would have been available earlier for athletes. I've stayed at 2 other smaller hotels that did that for race participants, breakfast at 4 a.m. it was a nice touch. However, I understand if it's not possible. Would stay here again.

The property was absolutely beautiful. We loved the pool, our room was lovely, super comfy bed, luxurious bathroom, and awesome nightclub. I loved that you could walk outside and there were so many restaurants, shops, and nightlife in such close proximity. I will definitely come back!

I loved everything about the property.

Very clean comfortable room. Requested a microwave for medical purposes and found it in the room upon entering. The view from our corner room on the 10th Floor was fabulous, the amenities was the best I’ve ever seen and the friendly helpful staff that took time to explain how to work things in the room, provide directions. The pool was fabulous too. There was a Starbucks on the first floor where my husband and I had breakfast. It was walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

Loved everything about this place.

Our room so clean, comfortable and spacious!! They allowed us an early check in, valet parking was $30 when parking at the garage was $25 so that made our stay so comfortable.

The lobby floor and elevators had a really bad mildew smell and that was really the only con we had.

Vicinity to the conference, the beautiful mural outside the window, the waterfront walkway

The lighting in the room. Too many lamps that didn’t put out enough light. Hard to adjust. 1 lamp was broken

Very nice and great staff. The room was clean and very nice with a nice view. Como club was a great spot for good cocktails and had live music. Price wasn’t bad compared to other high end hotels.

This is a beautiful hotel situated within 5 mins walk to Woodlands mall. Lovely staff. Clean hotel in a beautiful area.

We arrive a couple of hours early and had to pay £50 for early check in.

! everything was wonderful as usual, we booked to attend a concert but it was postponed, however as always we enjoyed the stay and was very pleased with the exceptional service. We will book again as soon as the new concert date is released. What a weekend getaway! Our second weekend stay in less than a year

Room is extremely comfortable

The pool needs more handrails, I slipped while entering the pool. Ended up with an earache from falling in the pool head first.
