Maria and Rose were absolutely phenomenal. They were so friendly and helpful the entire time we stayed and we extended multiple times this property is great bang for your buck. The rooms are super clean well-maintained and comfortable. I believe we had the king smoking studio and it was one of the more comfortable hotels i’ve stayed in in houston. Better than all the other Days Inn by Wyndham in houston.

if i could change anything I would hope that they would use future revenue to do some small cosmetic updates. Some of the furniture out of style is a little outdated.

I was able to get some sleep. Not a lot of noise. AC worked great.

The outside, parking lot was dark. It had a set of broken stairs and some pot holes in parking lot. The 2 bath towels that where there were really old and small, luckily my friend had brought her own. The whole place looked worn out, even the bedding.

Checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel itself was conveniently located along I-35 so it was very easy to access most of my destinations. The room itself was cozy and clean.

The Wifi connection was a bit spotty, maybe better for casual web browsing rather than streaming. Luckily, I was able to use my mobile hotspot instead so it all worked out.

At first our room key didn’t work so we had to go back and ask for another one, then the replacement key which was supposed to be for the door entrance to the ice machine didn’t work and they couldn’t get it open so we stayed there for three days with no cold drinks or ice in 93’ weather! The room and furnishings were outdated but the bed was very comfortable and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a muffin, no coffee !! Happy

The location was easy to access tjw main roads if needing to travel.

One I first got in the room , I had to kill about 10 Flys that where sitting on the curtains and windows. That part I wasn't happy about

Quiet for being right off the Interstate. Everyone was friendly and the room was clean and spacious.

The concrete stop in the parking had rebar that hooked the front bumper of my car and pulled it loose.

I liked the price and it was close to my job site

hotel wasn’t very clean, needs to be cleaned better. tv didn’t work very well. said it had a pool but wasn’t open and also a laundry mat but it also was closed.

Clean and comfortable room.

When we finally got a chance to use the pool, it was closed. Not a fault of motel, but finding a place to eat or even have food delivered was a nightmare.

Very good price for a basic motel. Right next to the freeway. Didn't have a car, but many restaurants are within walking distance, as is the Woodlands Mall. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to help. The Manager , Jai was exceptional and is a credit to this hotel chain Thank you so much foraking us so welcome.

Hotel pool was closed for the winter, but being from London, the weather was like our summer!!
