Very nice hotel, the service staff was very nice and helped with everything we needed. We really liked the size of the room, the beautiful and quiet hotel surroundings and the breakfasts.

The hotel was nearing the end of renovations, but everything was fine and the renovations did not disrupt our stay.

Went to a concert and the short walk was very saved and enjoyable. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. We actually extended our stay another night to enjoy the shopping and wonderful restaurants .

Went for Buzzfest. Had a great time. The hotel was close enough to walk but took an Uber. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

I stay here when I travel to my Corp offices. I'm maybe 5 minutes from our offices. Bed is great...one of the few hotels that I've stayed at where I don't get up and feel like someone stepped on my back. I will most likely stay there again when I need to be at our Corp offices Internet works great.

Rooms were nice and clean. It is set back from the street and close to our Corporate offices. Staff was friendly and it's nice and quiet. I would stay there again when I'm back in Houston

The mattress. I have a bad back so a comfortable mattress is the one thing that I wish most hotel chains would start upgrading to a memory foam or something along those lines. Other than that everything was great.

The location of the room was right where I asked for . Very nice stay and we enjoyed the patio and swimming area .

The room had plastic straws on the carpet by the bed, like what is in juice packets and there was wide tape high on the walls , maybe left from a party .

It was very hidden I thought it would have been closer to Cynthia Pavilion Woods, like I said it on the Internet, but it was not.

The location was super close to the mall and my son loved being able to rotate the tv between the living and bedroom areas. Having a kitchen made it fun to bring our favorite vacation snacks.

The exterior walls were pretty thin. Our room was right next to the smoking patio and late night convos were distracting at bedtime. Next time I will ask for a room on an upper floor

I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. Roomy, comfortable, quiet. I had the end room. I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. Breakfast buffet met my expectations too.

Nothing.

Quiet.

Bed mattress and pillows worn. Breakfast couch uncomfortable
