The room (with two queen beds) was kind of uncomfortable for two people trying to get things done. But the lobby area on the main floor was great and the pool area also was great with some tables and chairs. So one of us went to one of those areas while the other stayed in the room. So it worked out great. Breakfast was good with some nice options. The fitness center was small but had great working treadmills, and some good weights and a bench to do some basic lifting exercises. There wasn’t water in the fitness center, but there was a drinking fountain just down the hall.

The room could use more lights. Because the window in the room was small, there wasn’t a lot of natural light and so the room felt dark….unless you were next to one of the lamps. Some of the plugs were also loose….they didn’t hold my plugs very well. But thankfully there were lots of plugs in the room to choose from.

Breakfast was great!!

When my kids and I were at the pool there was another family with kids playing which was great until a really creepy man kept awkwardly staring at the kids, his whole aura was really off. He would go into the parking lot to smoke and stare at into the windows then come back into the pool area staring all the kids in a very creepy way. The other mother present with her kids sensed the same thing, we made eye contact and both of us attempted to move our kids away from the man. He kept being really really weird staring so we all left the pool.

I put a different credit card in when I checked in online expecting that it would be used to charge my room but they used my original card. On my 2nd day if stay, I had asked one of the desk personnel about it and she indicated that she would communicate my issue to the manager the next morning. When I checked back the next morning, the card had not been changed and it appeared nothing had been communicated about my issue.

It was close to everything we needed. Close to the mall and easy access to the highway. The rooms was nice and quiet and the temperature was great in the room. Helpful staff and easy parking. Fits our tight budget well.

Breakfast was good. Just have to go early as things like eggs do run out. Breakfast sausages instead of patties would be great and maybe some juice? otherwise, the coffee was good and We liked the Biscuits.

It was very conveniently located and clean. The room was comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast was decent and filling enough for the drive home.

More fresh fruit at the breakfast would have been nice. What was there left a lot to be desired. As for the room, I had issues with the TV not picking up the channels I wanted. I didn’t regard this as too big a deal since I had my computer for entertainment so for full disclosure the hotel did offer to send a repairman the next day but I turned it down.

We had a hotel room that was set up like a one bedroom apartment for a fraction of the price or surrounding hotels. The view was gorgeous and the pool and hot tub were great too! The staff was so kind and made us feel comfortable even the host when we checked in gave us a map of surrounding activities. Definitely keeping this one in my back pocket for the next time I need a place to stay while in the woodland area.

On the second day the hot tub was cold but I think it just took a while to warm up.

It was a very nice room and the hotel was close to everything, nothing but a short drive away. The pantry in the lobby was always stocked with snacks, and happy hour was fun.

I didn't like that the breakfast was the same every day. Yes, there was variety with cereal, a waffle maker, and the main courses, but no change throughout the week that we stayed. Maybe add some bacon, a pancake maker, or omelets. The food was delicious, it just got boring after like the third day of eating breakfast.

The three room we had reserved for the weekend was great and spacious We were on the 5th floor. Me and my husband room.waa very nice We all likes the pool it was heated and the the hot tub was great Breakfast was served hot, and they even had hot popcorn upon arrival The Check in manager were twin brothers They were nice The hotel was close to HEb and Woodlands TX Mall I recommend this hotel !!

I loved how spacious the king suite was. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the A/C was super cool. The staff was very welcoming and helpful at check in and check out.

One policy I found odd was the purchasing of bottled water at the hotel. You could not just purchase water at the front desk with cash or card. It had to be added to the room. Not a big deal but, other options should be available.

The breakfast was fabulous & the lady that was responsible for keeping it stocked & clean did a wonderful job. Having an elevator was a huge plus also.

The layout of the room we were in was weird... if someone was at the sink/mirror, they would have to move to let the other person into the room with the toilet/shower/tub. I'm pretty sure this was just the room we got & not the standard room layout.
