I loved the room, the beds, the extra lighting on the bed and by the bed. I loved the staff's friendly attitude and the breakfast was great.

I didnt like that there was no lock on the bathroom slide door. And I didn't like that we had to pay extra for parking. The place was so packed we had to park by a sign that said NO PARKING. Even though the the staff at the front desk said it was ok it was still not comforting to wonder all night if your car would be towed. But other than these few things I can say it is a pretty good hotel.

I like that they offered breakfast. The location was great, a safe nice area. The property was clean and neat, the rooms were clean. The hallways were clean, it is obvious they take cleanliness into consideration. The pool was nice, they also had a splash pad for the kids.

We would have liked a tv in the suite area too. And the tv that was in the room to be more centered between the beds, not so close to one side of the room.

This was the second time for us staying at this location. It is a good location and has shopping nearby in case we find out we have forgotten to pack something. The breakfast is decent for a hotel breakfast.

Our only issue was the noise in our room. There were a lot of kids for some reason and they were running up and down the hallways and you could hear them crying in the next room. It may have just been bad luck but it was a bit much.

The room arrangements for a family of four was very good, comfortable & convenient.

Not much choice of items for breakfast & kitchen staff were not very professional - they cleared the breakfast foods before 9:30 am while guests were eating. The Springhill suites that we stayed at Miami, FL had great selections everyday with a variety of food items for breakfast. You could do better in Houston.

The hotel is modern and clean located close to I-45. Room was clean and comfortable, bed was nice and comfy as well. All the necessities are provided.

Breakfast could have been a bit better but it was okay. The sliding bathroom doors are beautiful but pointless since they don't provide any privacy. Bar looked nice but not open since there were no bartender to work the three days we stayed. All around, this is a very nice hotel to stay in.

The staff were VERY memorable. Can't remember the last time I met a hotel staff that I'd be happy to see again. Everyone seemed happy to be there even during the holiday. Late Check-Out was more than gracious. I think I tip-toed out the backdoor around 2pm. Maybe it was the Christmas Spirit, or maybe they're just very accommodating. I like it though.

The SmartTV was dated(only Netflix and YouTubeTV available). But I don't come to hotels for the TV I come for what's around them, but it was a little disappointing for the one time I used it. They didn't have any of the little travel friendly toiletries you can steal/take with you in the room. Petty, I know, but I'm so used to being able to score some free lotion/shampoo/etc for my next flight out. I think it's because they had a soap dispenser in the shower.

The cleanness of the property. From the lobby to my room. It was very nice, spacious, relaxing and comfortable.

The breakfast could be better. The pool was really hot and not so clean but it could be because of the weather being extremely hot outside. But I love that they had towels right by the door and they have a sprinkler for small children.

I liked our room and the location of the facility. I really liked knowing there was security on site.

There was only one working elevator and the hotel was packed full. I had a room on the top floor at the end of the hallway. It was a track and adventure to take the steps. Waiting for the elevator took forever.....

It was very nice bed was super comfortable and the shower was awesome. Staff was wonderful about cleaning! It was super quiet around the room with the other guests. Breakfast was AMAZING.

The AC didn’t work all the time, I called about it and no one ever came. The toilet leaked the first night, the fridge was super loud, the curtains let in a lot of light at the top so they’re not really blacked out.

Nice gym. Very nice, clean room. Very comfortable beds. My room facing I-45 but I could barely hear it. Good breakfast!

WiFi was very slow in my room and in the common area. This may have been because the hotel was very busy, but it made it difficult for me to work from here. Fortunately I had good service on my phone so I was able to hotspot and that worked very well.
