The customer service is amazing, they really try to make sure you are comfortable. I love the fact they are trying to keep the homeless ppl and drug users away from the property. They have started cleaning up and trying to make it a more comfortable stay for everyone.

I do not like the fact the cleaning staff is rude, and if you give them towels you have to ask them for more or they forget to bring them and you have to go to the office later to get towels.

Place is clean, safe and inexpensive. Few frills to be seen unless you’re looking for working men. Outer perimeter of motel was filled with 30+ bucket trucks for a massive amount of electricity guys responding to some tornado clearing mission. I lost track of time leaving until Manager checked on me at 1pm. No One knocked on the door from 8am onward “checking if I was gone” which happens other places.

Is located next to I-45 interstate so that noise was apparent outside the rooms.

The price was great. It is the cheapest hotel around. For the quality you get. They are very friendly and helpful in the office.

The pool isn't open, and there were a lot of people just walking around.

The air in that room didn't work great, there was no fridge or microwave. And unfortunately there was a bit of an odd smell.

No carpet clean linoleum, very clean!
