The breakfast was great and fulfilling. The location was perfect.

We tried call the front desk from the room though. No one picked up. We were needing more towel, spilled a drink on the floor and bed. We used all the towels cleaning the floor and bed. We headed to the from desk and seen the help cleaning another room and ask for more towels and they stated that they would take of it and they did. Thank you.

The property was clean and the staff was welcoming. Our room was huge (2 King beds and a pull out sofa bed)and I wish we could've stayed longer (we had the king suite). The cookies in the lobby were good too! The pool area was kept up nicely and breakfast was good.

Everything was wonderful

The staff is great, breakfast is good, rooms are a good size and comfortable. It is a clean hotel unlike others I've been to. You can tell management is on it. The location is good. There is a Chilli's and Denny's right across. As well as a Kroger if you need supplies. Lots of places to shop and eat around there. A few minutes from downtown Conroe as well.

We were attending a retreat at a local conference center at another hotel. It was much more expensive and did not include breakfast. We’ll be back here next year!! The room was clean, comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Why spend more money when you have a Holiday Inn Express close by?!

Clean and comfortable.

The rate…due to a car show in town my rate was approximately double of what it normally is. I was in town for a funeral….I know it’s policy to raise rates for events, but it’s just sad that it carries over to someone in town who is not attending the car show.

I loved the breakfast!!! First time traveling with my boyfriend and him and I agree that we will always stay in a holiday inn for the future.

When they would clean our room there were a lot of times that I had to find a maid to refill something they missed. Shampoo and body wash was missed on two separate occasions.

Well on the room we had had a great big nice bathroom and the beds were excellent and the pillows it was very clean and nice

And the location is close to some good eating places not far from Walmart so everything was great

Nice hotel, very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is great. Close to restaurants and shops. Chilli's and Denny's right across the street. Ample parking.

Bathroom needs a vent. Not large so gets fogged up.

the size of the king suite was perfect for my husband, me, and our baby’s pack-n-play. the cost was worth what we got.

The hotel is behind other businesses on the feeder road, so at night when we checked in, it was hard to see where to turn in. we missed our turn and had to turn around. I thought the bed was a little lumpy/not the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept on; I tossed and turned all night.

the room was spacious clean and comfortable. the pool although we didn’t use looked clean and has a beautiful rock waterfall. the location was near other businesses that were all useful.

the parking lot was in need of some care and was a little small. the staff didn’t seem to communicate well; we asked for a late checkout and there was a shift change between then and our late checkout time. they knocked and called twice to confirm when we were checking out.
