Large, quiet, clean room with thick snowy white towels and bedding . The air conditioning was excellent, sensitive to adjustment if necessary. Huge tv screen with good choice of channels. Multiple electrical outlets and charging ports.

The bed was comfortable enough, but not as firm as I am used to. The chairs were both extremely uncomfortable to the point of being unusable. One chair leaned back so far I almost fell off. The other was straight up and didn’t move at all. I had to buy hangers. There were only four. I also had to buy toilet paper because the paper provided was too thin.

The staff was super helpful. The management was kind. They gave us extra towels and extra pillows without extra charge. Because there was a mix-up with our room. That was a change from a standard room to a handicap accessible room. The bathroom came with a fold-up seat. This allowed the person with the wheelchair to slide over. The user was able to get a shower without worrying about getting hurt. I was amazed at how many grab bars were accessible in the bathroom. The bed accommodated the wheelchair for the person to slide over. The sink was in the main part of the room easy access. Plenty of room to turn around without wory about stuck. We were thankful for the microwave in the refrigerator both accessible. We were able to have a picnic in the room by using the appliances. The hot items on the cotton nail breakfast change. Saturday, there were scrambled eggs with Turkey sausage, and Sunday, there were omelets with pork sausage. I was amazed that there were two waffle irons. One way to make a waffle shape of Texas. And the other was to make 4 small waffles.

Everything was really good. I walked in and was like OK COMFORT INN, I SEE YOU. It was not what i expected in a very good way. I checked in, and the GM was answering phones. She was sweet and funny. I loved that Stacy was her name, I believe. I would definitely come again. My hubby works in Conroe. I could see this being a little couples weekend place, yassss. The room was very clean, and im a person who won't stay anywhere. If it was not good, i would have said F that money and left, and i dont have a lot of money, so you know i dont play. IHOP in parking lot, but other food places are literally 3 to 5 minutes away. We tried Crust Pizza, and it was really good. The free breakfast was so good I ate about 4 of those little omlettes lol and the make your own waffles good as well. They had coffee tea juice, and it was good. I recommend the COMFORT INN THANK YALL I'LL BE BACK🥰🤩😘

We have stayed many times in the past when the hotel was under a different name and ownership. We were hesitant to book another stay because, although the rooms were always clean, the hotel as a whole was dated, and in dire need of a renovation. We decided to book again because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel had a new name and was under new ownership. The hotel has been totally renovated. The entire structure was taken down to its studs and everything in it is brand new. The also painted the outside, added an enclosed seating area and updated the pool area as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent room & bed & breakfast. We loved that the room had no carpets! The room was very clean, came with a microwave and mini-fridge. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed everything offered at the breakfast with the exception of the eggs. They were a little to soft/watery for our tastle. Everything else was excellent.

Excellent location & staff. The hotel smelled & is very clean. The room was very spacious & clean. Beds comfortable. Their bathroom amenities were excellent. The staff were friendly & helpful. They were one of the few pet friendly hotels that were so accommodating. The pet friendly rooms were clean & didn't smell like animals. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was great. We even extended our stay one night.

I liked the hard floors in the room. No creepy carpet. The shower with shower doors was nicer than a shower curtain. The shower might be a bit narrow for a larger person to turn around. Looks like the hotel had a recent remodel. Everything looked new.

I am not a fan of the sink location. You open the door to the room and the first thing you see is a sink. The light from the sink shines to the bed. So in the middle of the night you have to wash your hands you are waking up the person sleeping. i guess it is ok if you have the room to yourself. Also getting your luggage in the room is tight with the sink right at doorway. Better if the door would open the other way toward the closet.

Very nice staff. They are in the middle of remodeling, but the rooms they are using are already done. They are so nice. Very clean, and the bed was prob the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on! The only thing I would say is the smoking policy, they are super strict about it, which isn't bad, but they should disclaim all about it on the site when booking. This didn't change anything about the facikity itself, so Other than that, I would definitely give it 9 stars.

You have to sign a paper, that if caught smoking any where around there, it was a $250 fine. They are super strict on the smoking. Which I get since they are doing a remodel, but they should disclose this information when booking. My husband never smokes inside, anywhere, but he does like to walk around outside to smoke and could not do that here. Other than that, this place is exceptional!

This is a modern, updated hotel. The room was lovely, plenty of space, good storage, and smelt so clean. Breakfast was fine. Standard style, some eggs, yogurt, bakery items. They have coffee and water available all the time in the lobby. A perfect place to stay as you head to Galveston port, just a short hour and a half today. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was extremely nice and welcoming.

The cleaning staff was shouting and talking very loudly early in the morning in the hallway while cleaning rooms. We had to ask them speak quieter since guest were still sleeping, but they continued shouting at each other. It was like this for the three days we stayed.
