The numbers on the rooms are very confusing. We had to walk around for a long time to actually find our room. Also you had to ask the front desk for a plug for the tub. It didn’t seal and tub wouldn’t fill up .

Very good value for the money. The continental breakfast included was very good. Would definitely stay again.

Alot of road noise and include proximity to two huge bar venues so some people walking around. Not at all threatening but noise dwindled off late eve. Well lit, safe. I a 63 , felt safe alone.

The comfort. The ease of access to all local restaurants, shopping and many more!!! The well known Woodlands Mall!!! But just alone the MANY MANY renovations and upgrades make the property 5 ⭐!!! Now that this has been said let's talk about the staff... There are no words to describe their genuine kindness. They go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met or they are not satisfied!

There were men sitting around their truck in the parking lot. They didn’t bother me, but I was not comfortable going to my room right across from them.
