The hotel delivered everything one would expect from a Hyatt (and from a hotel this expensive). The room was well appointed and comfortable, the breakfast exceptional, the pool attractive. One of the greatest benefits is the location (which would be true throughout the Woodlands) as I could go for my daily three-mile walk on very attractive paths, including around a lake in an attractive business park.

I have no complaints about the property except, perhaps, the price (the stay was $200/night once taxes were added in).

Size of the room is great, bed was comfortable. lighting was nice. Location was great, close to many restaurants and my mom's home nearby.

Very disappointed that we're being charged $10 per day for parking, when there is plenty of room in the lot. Many cars I saw in the parking area did NOT have a parking pass from the property, so does management not check to see who has paid? The breakfast was disappointing during the week, eggs were very "artificial" and no muffins or coffee cake, only bread to be toasted (which is hard with one toaster). . Why can't there be towel bars to hang up wet towels? A hook doesn't allow the towel to dry.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Very comfortable room and was always able to get a good park in the hotel car park. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was not that good. However, there were a descent number of options available. One morning the milk ran out by the tea and coffee station, and it wasn't refilled for the remaining time of the breakfast. This can be improved.

Pool was nice and easy to access. Bigger pool towels would have been better.

Staff/Cooks seemed rushed and unhappy for serving us at almost closing time for the breakfast. Had to ask for more eggs and they were not happy. We still had 30 minutes or more for closing time. Cooks could have been more pleasant as we asked for more food. Replenishing the items such as yogurt was also an issue. Had to ask once or twice. Tortilla's container was empty and no one checked on that either.

I found the staff to be friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was good. The location is convenient to the mall and pavilion and is very quiet.

The breakfast area could be better organized. It seemed the shower head needed to be either descaled or replaced.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices and I loved the fresh fruit, pico de gallo, and fresh salsas.

The coffee did not taste good (in the room or at breakfast) and we had something really weird with our lights in our room. The bedside outlets didn't work unless we had one of the lights on in the other part of the hotel room. We ended up charging everything over by the desk/bar.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very much appreciated. Bar was also nice. Very clean, comfortable facility. Comfy bed and cold AC :)

The rooms could be better soundproofed but realize that’s a construction issue. We were also there on a weekend.

The staff was a little less friendly this time. When we ask for recommendations for a place to get food, the girl working was like "i dont know and walked away." We also bought drinks that were old at the bar, we went to our room opened then and they were sour. It was so late, and we were so tired we just tossed them.

Hotel suited our needs. Comfortable and clean.

The cooked breakfast wasn’t very pleasant but everything else ok. Lots of noise from air con unit that kept me awake most nights or I turned all the heating panel off to get some sleep.

Hyatt Place always has great breakfast! Love the eggs mixed with meat and the bowl of cut up fresh fruit.

Having stayed in several Hyatt Place hotels, the room set up was different and smaller than we were expecting. It worked for one night, but having four people in the room, it was a little cramped. The beds are too close to the walls.
