The hotel was very clean. The temperature to the room was nice. The lady that checked me in was very nice. I did call to see if I could get a better price through the hotel than using an online site, the person whom answered the phone told me to use the online site and hung up on me. That incident almost made me choose a different facility. I'm glad that I stayed there based on location, cleanliness, not so much the staff. All and all I will use this facility again in the future.

I didn't like the fact that in order to get fresh towels and rags I had to personally walked the used ones down stairs to trade the used ones in. I understand the reasoning behind taded them in, but not that everyday I personally had to do the walking.

This was an amazing experience, I just needed to stay one night after I flew in from the airport. I was greeted by Dimitri with a warm welcome and smile, he quickly checked me in then told me about the pool, popcorn snacks, the flavored fruit water he had prepared. I came to my room which was clean, quiet, and had chocolates on my pillow with a little note and two complimentary waters. The shower was hot with good water pressure and the bed was comfortable to me. The breakfast was very good the next morning - waffles with loads of toppings, bacon eggs, cereals, bagels, and a variety of beverages and the morning staff I interacted with were sincere, caring, and quick to action. This was an excellent resort level of customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, and an overall great experience. Please keep up the good work!

Nothing at this time, you all exceeded my expectations

I liked the room itself. The bed was very well prepared, the bathroom and shower were clean, and the spacing and chair placements were sufficient enough for me to enjoy my time here. I'd definitely recommend this inn to anyone wanting to spend some time there away. The front desk workers there were also very helpful in getting me to my room and accommodating me with anything I needed.

Housekeeping was gone a bit too early for me and there wasn't any broom or dustpan available for me to use. It wasn't something I totally disliked but it was strange to see cuz even if the housekeeping were gone, I would have assumed the cleaning supplies would be available for use. Also the phone in my room didn't work. I had to go to the floor's lobby itself to use the phone to ask for anything I needed or inquired about.

The property was clean, in a good area, and very comfy!

The sink was clogged, and the lamp and outlet on the side closest to the window didn’t work (I let concierge know and they were nice about it). Also, there was no microwave in the room, but there is a microwave in the lobby.

I booked the hotel for my inlaws and when first walk in it looks just like the pictures but better. Also it had a fragrance that smelled so good when you walk in the front door. My inlaws was pleased with there stay. We will book again.

Just the breakfast, but they are thankful that it had coffee. They are coffee lovers.

This is the best hotel. I’ve stayed in a while with great pricing and excellent customer service.

I don’t think anything could’ve been better. Everything was on point.

All Staff was wonderful, all are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and installations are nice and cozy. Breakfast is ok, some fruits can be added to the menu.

Pool looks no to clean, water is cloudy. Laundry room was out of service.

The parking was great. The location was awesome. Next to a shopping center, also next to the interstate. My wife and myself needed 2 more pillows, and front desk went and got us pillows quick and fluffy also. Awesome customer service. We will definitely be back.

I didn’t like that booking.com didn’t have my reservation to the hotel and I had to get a king room instead of what I reserved but thanks to the staff at Hilton for accommodating us

I loved the property. It was amazing and easy to find.

The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure in the shower but that is super minor. Not an end all be all. I was still able to shower.
