My wife and I loved everything! This Candlewood Suites Houston-Spring, an IHG Hotel was outstanding, from the cleanliness of the whole Hotel to the modern style of the room, to its cleanliness, being able to cook in it, like a small apartment. It was awesome, bug free, and no cockroaches, which I hate!! A gym, no cost to do your laundry, just excellent. And the staff, they were so helpful, so knowledgeable of their job title, any questions or a need, like in the shower the bodywash ran out, and I let the front desk know, and immediately the maid was bringing it to the room!! A great two week experience for my wife and I.. Thank You Candlewood Suites Houston-Spring!!!

Convenience to work and many choices of places to eat. Amenities were nice, clean pool and hot tub and exercise room. Free laundry room, just have to pay for your soap. Our room was very clean and roomy and loved having our two dogs stay with us at a very affordable price compared to nightly dog sitter rates.

The front desk didn’t have anymore of our laundry soap so I couldn’t do my laundry. The room doesn’t come equipped with a hairdryer so I had to ask the front desk twice to locate one for me. Even though the bathtub has a side rail both my husband and I slipped in the tub; I actually almost took a noise dive over the edge while soaping myself down; some skids on the bottom of the tub would be recommended to prevent an accident.

The lobby and hallways looked clean, and the staff seemed friendly. The room was clean, and everything we needed was available and functional in the room. We saw the security on property the whole time. The parking lot was clean.

Our room had an old musty smell. I figured it was an old building, or the AC filter needed changing. Only one elevator was working, and it sounded like it was also struggling.

HOTEL CHARGED ME AGAIN THE AMOUNT WHICH I ALREADY PAID TO THE BOOKING.COM AND WHEN I SPOKE TO FRONT DESK THEY SAID MANGER WILL CHECK AND RETURN IIT BUT 2 DAYS NO ACTION TAKEN SO WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE MANGER WAS THERE BUT SHE RETUN THE AMOUNT OF SECURITY BUT NOT THE HOTEL CHARGES SO I OPEN CAASE WITH BOOKING.COM FOR GETTNG MY REFUND

The space and comfort. Slept so good. My wife didn't wanna leave at check out.

The plugs in the kitchen had no power. The front door you had to slam to get it to lock. We thought the door was locked and we just walked in without using the Ving key card. It's still that way. And no microwave. Never been to a place with no microwave ovens. Not even an air fryer.

I was charged for 2 guest, and it was just me. Although I cha get it several times but when I saw the receipt I see where I was charged for 2 guests. John Snellings

Clean rooms. Have a full kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Windows are locked .. Which is not helpful if you heated or prepared any food. No daily service to clean. But they would vacuum if you requested.

The power was out for a day they didn’t have a generator also they tried to double charge me thou I already paid then they had a $100 hold until 2 days after check out

I love everything about this place. I just get a room to get away sometimes and I pick this hotel all the time.

I have no complaints. The staff was great. I was able to sleep without hearing people up all night, slamming their room door. The rooms are very spacious. 5gccçvçvc

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Bed comfortable when you are able to climb into it. Freindly staff.

The beds were to high. I am 5'2" my daughter 5' we had a hard time climbing into bed. Suggest get step stools for shorties.
