My wife and I loved everything! This Candlewood Suites Houston-Spring, an IHG Hotel was outstanding, from the cleanliness of the whole Hotel to the modern style of the room, to its cleanliness, being able to cook in it, like a small apartment. It was awesome, bug free, and no cockroaches, which I hate!! A gym, no cost to do your laundry, just excellent. And the staff, they were so helpful, so knowledgeable of their job title, any questions or a need, like in the shower the bodywash ran out, and I let the front desk know, and immediately the maid was bringing it to the room!! A great two week experience for my wife and I.. Thank You Candlewood Suites Houston-Spring!!!

OK area of town, close to the IAH airport. It's not the best area but if you have to stay close to the airport or for any other reason it was a good choice. Had several good restaurants across the freeway that were easy to get to. We came in late our first night and there was a security guard in a car parked in the parking lot. I liked that they were there. The kitchenette was great. Linens were clean. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

The hot tub was not hot. I wish that was working better.

room was nice size, full-size frig, gym, newer and modern room furnishings, clean towels, and the laundry was usually available. wifi and TV worked well.

I stayed two weeks. A few Candlewood suites I've been to in other states have full stoves. Microwave was located at the bottom of the cabinet, (floor level) Would like to have a toaster oven available.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and will definitely book again when visiting Houston. The location is great, right off the highway, near plenty of food options. The staff was always friendly and professional, day or night. The room was immaculate and there were no pests. It was also extremely quiet; I didn't hear anyone else the entire week that I stayed.

Convenience to work and many choices of places to eat. Amenities were nice, clean pool and hot tub and exercise room. Free laundry room, just have to pay for your soap. Our room was very clean and roomy and loved having our two dogs stay with us at a very affordable price compared to nightly dog sitter rates.

The front desk didn’t have anymore of our laundry soap so I couldn’t do my laundry. The room doesn’t come equipped with a hairdryer so I had to ask the front desk twice to locate one for me. Even though the bathtub has a side rail both my husband and I slipped in the tub; I actually almost took a noise dive over the edge while soaping myself down; some skids on the bottom of the tub would be recommended to prevent an accident.

The lobby and hallways looked clean, and the staff seemed friendly. The room was clean, and everything we needed was available and functional in the room. We saw the security on property the whole time. The parking lot was clean.

Our room had an old musty smell. I figured it was an old building, or the AC filter needed changing. Only one elevator was working, and it sounded like it was also struggling.

Ruby at the front desk was extremely helpful and the rooms were perfect and clean. Insanely good prices for how clean and nice the entire establishment is in and out. Also great location, right off of I-45 and connected to the same lot as The Flying J truck stop and gas station and Denny’s.

HOTEL CHARGED ME AGAIN THE AMOUNT WHICH I ALREADY PAID TO THE BOOKING.COM AND WHEN I SPOKE TO FRONT DESK THEY SAID MANGER WILL CHECK AND RETURN IIT BUT 2 DAYS NO ACTION TAKEN SO WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE MANGER WAS THERE BUT SHE RETUN THE AMOUNT OF SECURITY BUT NOT THE HOTEL CHARGES SO I OPEN CAASE WITH BOOKING.COM FOR GETTNG MY REFUND

The space and comfort. Slept so good. My wife didn't wanna leave at check out.

The plugs in the kitchen had no power. The front door you had to slam to get it to lock. We thought the door was locked and we just walked in without using the Ving key card. It's still that way. And no microwave. Never been to a place with no microwave ovens. Not even an air fryer.

I really liked the hotel, the cleanliness, sheets that smell clean, the hotel is quiet, the staff is extremely nice, especially Jessica, a super friendly lady, I would gladly return to this hotel a million times over.
