I stayed for 2 nights to visit my family; so I didn't spend so much time in the hotel. Nevertheless, the staff was very nice and gentle. I had no problems during check-in, although my flight was delayed and I arrived almost midnight. The breakfast is quite good. The hotel room is quite comfortable and big; I was traveling alone so I had so much space. The location is also good because it is close to the airport, but you don't hear the traffic noise. The staff also provided me with some toothpaste when I asked for it.

Everything was relatively good; I do not have any complaints about my stay.

I love my room very clean. Smelled well 😌 comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. The air conditioner wow amazing. The service was amazing 👏 very helpful. The morning 🌄 lady was very helpful and best of all was the young lady with white turban 👳‍♀️she was amazing. Helpful for everything and went beyond to accommodate thank you so much. Will recommend to family and friends. ❤️

Clean property. Staff is nice

The laundry facility was down. I stayed there about a year ago and it was the same. One of the reasons I picked it was it had a laundry facility. We were there for a basketball tournament and needed to wash uniforms.

The staff was nice and the facility was clean.

The pool was under renovation and the pool next door was outside and had no lights at night.

Rooms were very clean smelled fresh, plenty of towels and anything needed just call down to the awesome staff! The staff there is pretty amazing.

Only complaint is the lobby and hallways smelt of mildew, water damage. But not too bad

You will have trouble finding a place this clean, accommodating, for anywhere close to this price. Staff here is wonderful. Rooms are great! Breakfast is nice, very satisfied. Thank you guys!

Most of staff extremely nice! Yolanda and another gentleman who checked me in initially where awesome! Also breakfast was phenomenal and the gentleman in there was extremely pleasant as well. When I was leaving (horribly late I might add) with no hassles a young lady saw me and my kids and dog and cart helped me wheel my cooler down to my vehicle. Best hotel stay in a very long time thank you for the hospitality.

One thing was there was a lot missing from kitchenette area luckily I’ve been traveling anyways so I had a lot but that’s all.

My entire experience was positive. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast area was clean but options were heavy carbs.

Only negative, and it’s massive, is my friend had her car stolen from the parking lot.

Shar was nice and attentive she gave us blankets for sofa bed when asked and towels as well and made sure we were taken care of

The day check in person Ashley needs to work on a smile and her tone of voice with the customers and act like she is enjoying her job. Saturday morning she was rude to my daughter then I went down and asked for something being kind she seemed like she really didn’t want to help. Sunday she checked us out and he early when I told her we were not checking out and we were just loading the vehicle!!! She had no care that we couldn’t go back into room because the cleaning crew was in there already. My family and I had to figure out something to do for an extra hour and find somewhere to eat since the kitchen was down, unexpected. Very unprofessional, customer service to me is everything since I was in customer service for 15 years.

Staff were great. At front desk Vanessa was wonderful.

We were disappointed that spa wasn't working.The pool was too cold to enjoy with my granddaughter and the only reason we booked for indoor pool and hot top.
