For me, the location of the hotel worked out well for my event as it was less than 20 mins from downtown (depending on traffic) Breakfast was also good and a nice way to start off your day Room was nice, beds were comfy, and sheets were always fresh every time we came home from our event. Fitness center was nice and simple for those wanting to get a small workout in during traveling

For me, probably a more feature packed fitness center would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Also, I think putting shampoo in the rooms would have been nice, but I think you should just bring your own or go buy it would be the better option

This is a great Best Western, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a lovely setting for breakfast, spacious and a view. There were 3 restaurants within a short walk from hotel which was super helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in America with the breakfast staff being wonderful and making us feel at home.

26 degrees celsius outside, beautiful, warm and sunny and really wanted a swim in the lovely pool, but its closed due to Winter season so we were out of luck...

Reliable and courteous every time! I've booked the jacuzzi suite at least 3x here when my husband and I want to have some alone time to relax. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the rooms are clean... the only note I have is there is no bacon and not a lot of options for breakfast. Nevertheless, this location has yet to disappoint! 10/10

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all needed amenities. The staff were all excellent, polite, professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was good with lots of options. It was a great stay and I'm sure we'll be back.

For this price point, there's nothing to complain about. It was definitely a great value and quality stay for an affordable price.

The location is great, really close to the airport, which made traveling super convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent—nothing extraordinary but totally fine.

The fitness studio was a bit of a letdown. It didn’t seem well-maintained—the air conditioning wasn’t working, and there were no towels or cleaning wipes available.

The lady that was working that evening when I checked in was absolutely the best. We had a small problem in our room, where the TV wasn't working. I called her and she put us in another room. I had left the key in the first room, when I went down to get another key. I received the new key and went back upstairs. I couldn't get in the other room to get out stuff. When I was going to go back downstairs to get another key, she was at the door with a key so I could transfer my stuff. She was so nice and accommodating. She was so nice. I didn't get her name, but she was working on that Friday evening of May 12tj. We got up the next morning for breakfast and it was Awesome. They had the best. Omelettes, that you made your way, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and much more. The gentleman was so nice also. I will stay there again when we have to travel in that area.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My daughter and I were there to go to the Downtown Houston Aquarium and they assisted us in printing our tickets. The next morning at breakfast the staff was kind enough to ask us if we had enjoyed our trip to the Aquarium. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Houston.

Very clean premises. The entire building was tidy and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet for the most part and the staff was great. The pool was tiny but that wasn’t an issue for me.

Location wasn’t great but the building was nestled behind another business so it was quite none the less.

Everything!! The staff is amazing and their breakfast is out of this world. Such a well kept hotel, clean, not a bug in sight! Rooms are HUGE, clean and comfy. It’s so quiet.
