For me, the location of the hotel worked out well for my event as it was less than 20 mins from downtown (depending on traffic) Breakfast was also good and a nice way to start off your day Room was nice, beds were comfy, and sheets were always fresh every time we came home from our event. Fitness center was nice and simple for those wanting to get a small workout in during traveling

For me, probably a more feature packed fitness center would have been nice, but not a deal breaker. Also, I think putting shampoo in the rooms would have been nice, but I think you should just bring your own or go buy it would be the better option

The whole place was super clean and nice, and breakfast was good (while it lasted). The cleaning staff in the morning were really nice.

At breakfast, they ran out of eggs and seasoned potatoes about 20 minutes before the 'official' time breakfast was over. I heard another guest asking for more, and the staff person said it's almost time to close so they weren't refilling anymore. She did show him how to use a little tortilla grill to cook some liquid eggs, though.

Breakfast is ok for an Airport Hotel. Located in an industial district, but fast food restaurants are in walking distance if you arrive late in the evening.

We took an Uber from the Airport for 30 USD. If you add this to the bill you might consider booking a more expensive hotel closer to the airport. Everything is a little bit older, will need an update soon. Windows cannot be opened, the AC unit is the only option to get air into the room, but is a little bit loud.

This is a great Best Western, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a lovely setting for breakfast, spacious and a view. There were 3 restaurants within a short walk from hotel which was super helpful and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in America with the breakfast staff being wonderful and making us feel at home.

26 degrees celsius outside, beautiful, warm and sunny and really wanted a swim in the lovely pool, but its closed due to Winter season so we were out of luck...

Reliable and courteous every time! I've booked the jacuzzi suite at least 3x here when my husband and I want to have some alone time to relax. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the rooms are clean... the only note I have is there is no bacon and not a lot of options for breakfast. Nevertheless, this location has yet to disappoint! 10/10

add bacon and a variety of cooking eggs other than scrambled. Everything else is standard intercontinental breakfast!

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all needed amenities. The staff were all excellent, polite, professional, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was good with lots of options. It was a great stay and I'm sure we'll be back.

For this price point, there's nothing to complain about. It was definitely a great value and quality stay for an affordable price.

We arrived late and had to leave early so we didnt spent much time there. The room was comfortable, the front desk girl was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty filling. Overall, it was a good stay.

This was not anyone’s fault but my own…..thought I booked a hotel near the Hobby airport, but instead it was by IAH, and by the time I realized this it was too late to change.

good location: close (walking distance) to some fast food restaurants, airport and interstate… quiet despite close interstate… very friendly staff at reception and very friendly lady serving breakfast… good warm breakfast… rooms were cleaned every day, very clean… free parking…

Very nice staff, they are very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Room was really big and clean. We had filtered water available at the breakfast area and it saved us some money.

Breakfast was ok but it can be improved. We had the same potatoes, meat and eggs for the full 5 days. There is a waffle machine and it was great.

The location is great, really close to the airport, which made traveling super convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent—nothing extraordinary but totally fine.

The fitness studio was a bit of a letdown. It didn’t seem well-maintained—the air conditioning wasn’t working, and there were no towels or cleaning wipes available.
