The Hotel was gated and locked. It is the first time that I felt safe from the chaos of the world that surrounds us. I didn't have to worry about my vehicle getting broken into, about the safety of my person. The staff were all brown or black and I felt at home unfettered by the intrusion of white supremacy, racism and exclusion in a state that is unsafe for BIPOC people.

I have no dislikes.

I loved the fresh flavors waters provided in the lobby that are made with real fruit

Elevator was agonizing slow. The hotel itself felt outdated and dingy

They had nice decor, it was clean and it was gated so I felt safe. They were very accommodating.

There were minor imperfections like peeling walls other than that I had a great stay.

The facility was welcoming and clean. Staff was ready to attend to my every need no matter the time of the day. Which made it easier for my wife and I to enjoy our stay

Staff was extremely friendly and down to earth as well as professional and polite. Our rooms were clean and everyone apart of the crew played a cohesive part very well. I have a new born baby and we have been accommodated for what we needed

There wasn't anything that I didn't like or had a problem with actually.

All ice machines on all 3 floors did not work and that staff did not care the Security gate did not work 4 - 3 days

Fridge didn't work and we lost food we had brought after I had made sure that there was gonna be a fridge in the room

Breakfast it's okay but it will be better if we can mix a little bit more of something else

Checking in because you check in between 2:00 and 3:00 p.m. and you got to leave the room by 11:00 in the morning so that is not even 24 hours

Room was large and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was fresh.

Breakfast was okay, but they were always out of multiple things like orange juice. The location is awful. They have 2 gates; one is the entrance, and one is the exit. The entrance is on a main road. It's easy to miss, so most drivers will. The exit requires a code. If you forget it, you can't get out unless you go back in and ask.
