Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and well kept hotel. Rooms were clean and a well kept. Restaurant and bar on-site had breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Gym was nice and clean. Hotel located near restaurants and convenient stores (walking distance/across the street). 10-15 min drive to Downtown Houston and 20 mins from airport depending on traffic. Staff was very nice, helpful, and courteous!!~

There was not much to complain about during my stay. I actually have no complaints on the hotel. Everything went pretty smoothly. I will definitely stay there again on my next work trip. Very convenient and close to my work site also.

When. first got into my room - I had booked a hsnfucap accessible room there was nothing in it for me to insider it an accessible room. NO GRAB BAR by the toilet seat, no grab bars in the shower . I complained to the front desk as well as contacting Booking. Com. I received a response email from Booking. Com telling me they would accommodate me, and that I should go to the front desk. The staff immediately added a grab bar next to the toilet. Since I was only staying 2 nights I figured I could skip my shower till I got in my cruise.

Great breakfast great location

Your furniture is old and worn out in the bedroom. Computer chair not good. Couch not comfortable. No breakfast tray to eat off of, if more than one person has to eat. The second person has to eat from his or her lap. Also, can login to a a TV app like Netflix or Hulu to watch favorite shows. Tv is out dated.

I liked the property and the location. The breakfast was good also and the checkin front desk clerk was really friendly.

The house keeping staff kept rushing us at checkout. I caught a stomach virus so I was nauseous and trying to get my things together but the staff kept coming inside the room which was extremely frustrating.

The hospitality was excellent. I didn't get the young lady's name but she was super nice and very welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfy beds.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast choices.

breakfast was more than expected with most breakfast items in supply. I liked that someone was at the counter when we arrived and departed. loved that we were handed a bottle of water after our long drive.

the view of the sign from the street wasn't noticeable until we were right upon the driveway.

Was easy to get to Minute Maid stadium and wasn’t hard to get to off interstate 10

Didn’t like that they had people hanging out in parking lot and lobby at times but nothing bad

When we walked into our room, we felt like we were the first ones to stay in that room. It smelt brand new, looked new, very clean. Loved the full size pump bottles in the bathroom vs. small travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. Overall it was great!

This is a great location if you’re East of Houston. Great oysters at the restaurant in front of the hotel! GM Chris and his team are very kind and pleasant. This is an Updated property with modern touches throughout.

The hotel staff was kind. The area was surrounded with restaurants (mostly Mexican). The facility appeared to be very clean. I would return.
