I arrived early in the morning, but the receptionist let me checked in early, really appreciate that. The room is spacious and all the amenities are there. The breakfast is good, although it is the same everyday.

The location is quite far from the downtown of from any shopping mall, but bus 137 bring you right to downtown. There is a bit of damp smell whenever I first entered the room but it went away after a while.

The hallways were clean there were dehumidifiers to keep the moist an mold down. The beds were firm an the room was super clean Housekeeping staff cleaned daily an kept the breakfast area an other parts spic an span The breakfast was excellent

The pool was cold. No pool warmer, the jacuzzi portion was also cold

Even though it's inside the city, Stay was calm and quiet. 24 hrs coffee was available. The rooms were clean and tidy. Daily cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels were provided by the facility.

The pool was under maintenance for a long time. Breakfast was good but the menu was almost the same all days.

Me & My Son Came Down For A Visit To TSU Was Running A Lil Late We Checked In Before 9pm Young Lady At Front Had The Best Hospitality You Can Ask For Thanks Once Again For Your Help. Come To The Room The Bathroom Was Clean With Every Product From DOVE NICE STAY WILL COME BACK!!!!

Good location, good size room clean, breakfast area kept very clean, good breakfast selection.

Sofa had stains, poor water flow in shower. Could not get water to spray far enough to rinse off shower floor. Had to use my hands to get water far enough to shower floor to get soap to drain and keep my feet soap free. Shampoos in refillable bottles not something I would use, unsanitary. So had to go buy some. Kleenex box was ruffled up like a peacock. Again for sanitary purposes Kleenex box should be left closed and allow the guests to open if they desire. Used roll of tiolet paper also should have been removed and leave a new roll so guest knows it hasn't been used.

The room is clean. The staffs (front desk & the lady took care of breakfast area) are super nice.

The people outside can seem to hear us.

The breakfast choices were excellent and there are various restaurants, retail stores, and a movie theatre within a 5 minute walk.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to repairs.

Staff was friendly. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Room very spacious. Decor very pretty. Breakfast was good.

All was great.

The breakfast was great - the KING size beds (2) in our room was awesome - never seen 2 king size beds in one room before and NEVER EVER have I seen a ceiling fan in a room! That was truly awesome!!! Wish more hotels had that - makes we feel "at home." !!

It was all great - therefore, the saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

The location was great. Not far from downtown, and still felt like we were in a good, safe area. The coffee at breakfast time was great!

The breakfast selection was not great, but I am a picky eater, so I'm probably not the right person to be commenting on this. It would have been nice to have a waffle though. I miss hotels having waffle makers.
