Delicous breakfast, always better than bag breakfast. Room was exactly as online and the bed was absolutely awesome. Fell asleep almost instantly.

Tried to charge me for one night on a card that's not supposed to be charged. Couldn't get through it so it got cancelled. So If things were wrong, I would have made that whole trip and got denied because they have no more rooms and gave mine to someone else. Can't ever be too trusting with businesses like these.

Staff from every department, were exceptional in every way possible.

Floor construction creates unbelievable noise from the ceiling, when the people above walk back and forth.

Booked this hotel for the Tesla destination (EV) charger. Clean as a brand new hotel. Rooms are spacious. Beds comfy. Great value.

This location charges $15 for Tesla car charging. Not a big deal, but, to note is that Most hotels promote adoption of sustainable energy by keeping it free.

I found a sock by my bed that was not mine which made me wonder how clean the room really was. Everything else was good actually. Up until see a sock that was not mine b4 I even unpacked. Also I feel because there was no water I should have a discount. I had to use water bottles I purchased n jugs of water.

I liked how everything was so clean and I just felt like I was at home.

Great room. Nice and clean, modern.

I loved everything about Best Western Plus and I will be coming back soon and i will tell my family and friends
