The room was great, we were upgraded to a King Suite because a regular King was not available. It was a great room. We asked that housekeeping not bother us during our stay and that was honored. The breakfasts were good, some changes made from day to day. The check out hours on weekdays of noon was wonderful!

I wish the breakfast hours went a bit later though, the 9:00 ending on weekdays seemed a bit early to end. There was some airport noise but it didn't bother us as it wasn't late at night. We mostly heard it in the mornings but the sound proofing is pretty good.

It’s was cozy like the fact it had a indoor pool and served free breakfast

I didn’t like the fact I booked online through booking.com and it gave me a total of 288 but once I arrived to check in I was charged 384 dollars.I also didn’t like it wasn’t roomy enough in the let out couch bed was way too small nor was the pool very enjoyable because the water was too cold

I liked the location...I was there for work and it wasn't too far away. Plenty of restaurants close by and the rate was good.

The bed wasn't very comfortable to me but I do have a tricky back that likes extra cushion lol so it may be ok for someone else.

My experience was really good. The room was good. Service was also good. my car was having an issue before checking out. I asked the receptionist of the hotel to find a mechanic. He immediately found one and have my car fixed. It was a great help. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they visit Houston.

Needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. Provided a continental breakfast.

Which they provided an airport but the uber driver to the airport was reasonably priced

The young lady that worked the 3-11 shift on Friday, October 16th was very accomodating. I was in town for a last minute high school basketball tournament and her customer service skills were Marriott exemplified. Thank you, Yonsuetta Johnson

Although the lobby was underwhelming and the elevator a little scary our room was a great size and super clean.

Location was perfect for our purpose. Everything was clean and staff friendly.

Parking lot is too tight.
