Conveniently near airport. Beds were comfortable. Most of the staff were helpful, though one morning clerk wasn't that helpful when the Internet wasn't working--she told me to call the support number found in the room, but there wasn't any number to call. Must have been several complains because when we asked again later she said they had called a tech to reboot the router.

Breakfast area was jammed our first morning--apparently with cruise passengers; couldn't get to the one little coffee machine until almost done with breakfast. Breakfast selections were a little meager, though typical of a relatively inexpensive hotel. A couple of items were not working in our room (bathroom fan, and outlets on bedside lamps didn't provide power). Somewhat noisy around our room, from noise in hallway and in the breakfast area, which our room (107) backed onto. Fire alarm went off briefly at 5:45 am, which cut our sleep short.

Room very clean. Clean bed and clean bathroom. Spacious room. Staff very attentive and cordial at the front desk. I loved the breakfast. Quiet and peaceful.

The morning after our first night, there was a gentleman cutting the bushes right under our window. It was loud, and when I looked towards the window, there was a gap on the curtain, and he was looking into our room. I don't know how long he was looking in, but my daughter had just come out of the bathroom in a towel to grab her clothes. I closed the curtains all the way immediately. I felt awful, I just hope he didn't see my child. I didn't say anything to the lady at the front. We were late already to the appointment we had that day. The bed was a king bed, very spacious, but the mattress wasn't super comfortable. It was OK, and the bed was a little squeaky.

I loved the hotel, and that the airport was less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good and the lobby was cozy. Laundry room on site was great! The pool was refreshing and clean. Actually, all the areas that I observed were clean. Cindy at the front desk is an absolute gem. Even though my daughter lost her wallet and wasn't able to attend the cruise, Cindy really stepped up to ensure that she was going to be okay, while I was away. Thank you, Cindy for your top-notch customer service!!!

I Absolutely didn't like the doors on the rooms, OH my God, every time someone would go in or out their room, the doors are slamming day and night!!!! Who in the world thought those particular doors were a good idea?

We were unable to stay for breakfast because our flight left at 6 am. The room was beautiful and and very clean.

The hotel shuttle didn't start in the morning until 5 am so we would have been late to get to the airport if we took it. We were told to go anywhere from the hotel we would need to get an Uber but we had not ever use that service before and were unsure about it. Our original flight had been canceled so we only stayed the one night so there was no point to renting a car. We were less than 1.5 miles from the airport but an Uber was going to cost over $55. My husband is disable so we were unable to walk. Just some unnecessary stress involved.

The shuttle from the airport was free and runs every 30 minutes going back to the airport. You have to call for airport pick-up. The room was clean and comfortable without any smells. The breakfast was hot and very good. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They provided complimentary toiletries that were packed in my checked luggage from our rescheduled flight.

My T-Mobile cell service calling from the airport baggage claims area was a little broken up, so it was hard to hear the pickup location of door 3 number 14.

It was very close to the airport and the free shuttle service was greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

It would have been nice to have water bottles in the room or available free of charge at the front. It is always an appreciated gesture on the part of a hotel.

Breakfast was alright. Nothing outstanding but the breakfast sandwich was a good idea.

Everything was fine for the amount of time I was there. Appreciate the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Drivers were polite and I didn't have to wait long on either end.

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast - I would have like scrambled eggs - the fried eggs were a little 'weird', but the Pancakes and croissant sandwiches were great. The room was spotless and comfortable.

The alarm clock didn't work properly and there weren't any charging ports near the bed.
