Classy, Calm and beautiful all around. The rooms were spacious and the pool was beautiful. Food by the pool was also great. Walking distance to Uptown park where you can find restaurants and shops.

They were a bit stingy with towels in the room. We booked for 4 adults and only got 2 towels but when we asked for more they brought them up.

The location is great and the facilities are renovated . It is one of the best hotel in the area.

Music in the loopy and swimming pool is so loud and you can hear it in the room. This is the only disadvantage and I recommend to the management to switch off this music for ever and go back as before

The hotel is spectacular and you feel like it is an oasis inside of Houston. Very European feel. Dining, pool, and staff is amazing. The front desk not so much. The wait staff, chef, bartenders, are incredible. The rooms are always beautiful with Bulgari soaps and shampoos. Valet is very helpful and service oriented. The Alba resteraunt is the best dining experience in Houston and very romantic. The best service and food.

Front desk employees either not informed or not very service oriented. Not much smiling or friendliness. Professional but not much in personality.

Simply beautiful!!!!! From the staff, the grounds, and the suite, everything was immaculate. Slept very well in the bed. Hospitality at its' finest!!! Will definitely be back. A great idea to bring in the New Year.

There is no fridge in any of the suites. How are we to keep food cold that requires it? Mini Bar condiments remained warm the whole stay. AC adjusts itself, even when the temperature is set by hand.

The location is fantastic. The doormen were also fantastic. My wife really enjoyed the deep tub, and I enjoyed the beautiful pool. The bar is very nice, as well as the bar staff. Parking is great whether valet or self.

The check in folks seemed preoccupied and could cheer up some. We were very surprised that there was not a refrigerator in the room, as it had a microwave and stove....but there is really very little to not like here.

I especially liked the design details like the photography on the wall near the check in counter and the picture book laid out next to the elevator. Also everything was generous and worked. Staff was extremely friendly and appeared to do their job with joy.

Great location to my event - easy access to freeways and roads. The staff was fantastic-helpful and very friendly. It was a beautiful hotel and although we did not have a chance to use the facilities, they looked great.

The bathroom we had in our Jr. Suite was dated - the limestone tile, the countertop, and the toilet -and that was bothersome. The lighting could have been better in there.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The staff was wonderful.

The only reason why I rate it as 9 is because the shower and bathtub were not separate. I was expecting a walk-in shower.

This is a very nice property - beautiful and comfortable with topnotch service. (Wyatt at the front desk was the BEST!)

For the price and the 5 stars, parts of the property could use a little TLC (renovations/upgrades).

Breakfast is fantastic . I like the proximity from restaurants and shopping area same time it is easy exit /entry from key highways I use during my stay.

Varity of in-hotel restaurants, but it is boutique hotel and this is acceptable to me.
