Firstly, the location is great, conveniently situated near the Galleria Mall, offering easy access to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. WiFi was great through, no issues throughout. The suites themselves had great AC, they were also well lit, super clean, stylish, spacious and well-appointed, TV was easy to use, not a smart tv but not an issue - lots of channels and you can cast. The suites provided a comfortable and homey atmosphere. I had a great view and loved watching the sunset from my higher up room with floor to ceiling windows. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dish washer, hot plate and microwave was a great feature, allowing me to prepare meals when I preferred to stay in. There were also, utensils, plates, pots, etc… everything you need if you do want to cook. There were dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid. The beds were big, exceptionally comfortable and had the softest sheets ensuring a good night's sleep. Housekeeping is automatic Monday to Friday and nothing on the weekend. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was generous and varied, with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. Lots of beverages and there was a waffle making station. Additionally, the staff were great—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities, including the fitness center and the outdoor pool was nice and had shaded area, also were well-maintained and added to the convenience and enjoyment of the stay. The 24-hour convenience store within the hotel was also a nice touch - pricey but convenient making it easy to grab snacks or necessities at any time. I loved the high efficiency washing machines cleaning clothes in 20mins and drying them in 30 - for free! The social hour with free wine and bites was also a nice touch. I always felt safe. Overall, my stay at Staybridge Suites Houston Galleria was great.

My only negative was that’s although there were three mirrors, none were full length and the shower pressure was poor, but the bathroom space was nice

I absolutely loved that the room had a little kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The lobby and bar areas were nice and comfortable, and they had an excellent selection of drinks and food in an area that was like a mini grocery store. I feel like this place was an excellent value for the money.

I arrived before my husband. When he checked in to get his key the person at the desk gave him the key to our room but told him the wrong room number, so he thought his key wasn't working and knocked on the wrong door, waking up a poor woman trying to nap. Mistakes happen, and this little incident would in no way impact my decision to stay here again. In fact, we think this might be our hotel of choice when we need to come to the Galleria area again.

All in all, this was a very good hotel and stay; the hotel is new and decent. the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is good and new furniture, fridge and all amenities. The breakfast is well made and maintained. A very impressive "3 star" hotel. it deserves more.

Keep in mind that you have to pay for parking, there is no free parking available. Also, when you check in, there is a must $200 fee for the mini convenience store in the hotel. They will reimburse you the amount after check out. And also, you have to ask for housekeeping; it wont expected unless asked for. Double check on the TV your billings, they incurred a parking fee on my room even though i did not ask for it.

Loved everything about the hotel. Loved the kitchen especially was easy to go right down the street to target and get groceries to cook instead of eating out . Will definitely be back again .

You can hear the traffic no matter how high up you are . Nothing a little loud tv can’t fix though .

The breakfast was the only thing I didn't like the orange juice dispenser had a nasty smell to it in the inside of it when the lady was changing it out. Also the waffle mix has to be the problem because the waffles look scrumptious until you put your syrup on them an taste them they start to get a real mushy taste in your mouth real fast 😖 the bacon was also horrible and the oatmeal looked like porridge an the carton eggs were also disgusting!

The hotel was in a central location, close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean, though the bathroom could use a bit more attention. The bed was comfortable.

There was hair in the shower and fingerprints on the shower door. Means it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

The rooms were quite spacious for a family of 5. Parking was good too.

Access in and out of the hotel by car right next to highway entry . At peak times traffic jammed the entry.
