The hotel is a gem, nestled on a quiet street across from The Galleria Houston. It has been fully upgraded with modern touches in the rooms. Bed was very comfortable. The front office staff were helpful and made sure that there was a follow up to one concern with the room keys. The complimentary breakfast was above normal.

The elevator way in the back corner is a potential security concern. Anyone off the street can walk through the front gate and stalk and corner someone. Also, you really need to cover/hide the white free-standing toilet at the front of the garage. Really not a good look.

The staff were very helpful. In particular, I would like to thank the front desk staff for looking after a bag I left in the breakfast area unintentionally. This was greatly appreciated as its loss would have caused no end of problems. Breakfast was good and I liked the size of the rooms. Very spacious.

Easy check-in/check-out, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, comfy bed, surprisingly well equipped kitchen for a hotel (the only thing missing was a kettle, but there was a small pot that did the job for our morning tea).

The bathtub has definitely seen better days. It was clean, but the enamel looks quite damaged.

The room was a great size, and parking was convenient. The facilities were great, and the complimentary breakfast was a good touch! Great location to where we needed to be.

The air conditioning in our room was very noisy, but kept the room nice and cool!

The staff is the absolute best! I love them! They do whatever whenever it needs to be done. The ladies in the kitchen cooking make breakfast feel like home. Very clean Very Comfortable VERY NICE! I will be back. The covered parking was a plus as well!

ONLY BAD THING IS THE DESCRIPTION SAYS THERE ARE BALCONY BUT THERE ISNT. The balcony is in the front like we’re you enter the room. That’s not a balcony. That’s the entry! WE MADE IT INTO ONE WHEN WE WANTED TO GET OUT THR ROOM!

I was born and raised in Houston, moved away years ago, came for a visit, and found this hotel looking online, it was perfect. Josh at the front desk was excellent when I was checking in - he put me in the perfect room. I would like the same room when I come again for a visit.

The room was spacious, clean, well laid out & fully equiped. The location was perfect for shopping. Staff were friendly.

The breakfast was less than basic. I would suggest buying your own food & have it in the room

The location, security, and staff were all top notch! The room was nice, clean, and quiet. Liked having the amenities of a fridge, sink, and microwave.

This are not necessarily con, but something we didn't expect. We thought we were getting a private balcony, I am sure somewhere it said it was just the front of the hotel's door, since the doors face outside. But, if you were expecting a private balcony, then that is not something they provide. However, we were satisfied with the overall accommodations.

Very impressive customer service, Michelle at the reception was awesome and extremely courteous. She made our stay very comfortable.

The breakfast menu should include white meat petties like chicken and fish, as we do not take red meat and pork.
