The furniture needs to be updated.

Great location and staff was super helpful

At the time we went on a holiday weekend and only 1 elevator was working. Considering the high volume of people at the hotel it definitely was an inconvenience but that’s the only issue I had. It’s also an older hotel so compared to other Hilton properties it definitely needs more updates.

The location was perfect and the amenities were great . Tiara at guest services was beyond helpful! She recommend to us where certain places , answered questions and was overall amazing!!! The free breakfast was great. Not your typical free breakfast. Many options!

The headboard was torn but everything else was clean and I put a pillow over it so my head didn’t touch it.

The breakfast was good. I liked the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. There was a shuttle bus for the OTC nearby.

There was a faint smell of tobacco smoke in my room. The WiFi password seemed to expire every 24 hours, so I had to go down to the reception to have the WiFi restarted on my cellphone and laptop. After I had returned home to Norway I noticed the hotel had added USD 100 to my bill for car parking. As I had no car to park I complained through booking.com. So far, after six weeks, I have not heard anything.

I liked the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. I like the design of the hotel with the rooms around a central atrium. And it's a great location.

The only minor complaint is that the pool was a little a bit small.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had and we travel frequently. The room was spotless and had everything we needed (party of 4). The manager was very a kind and super helpful gentleman he had information on local things to do and restaurants to eat and was very hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things to choose from. The free bar was also great as the bartender was very fun to talk to and he made great drinks. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re in Houston.

The breakfast and happy hour were excellent

However the downstairs was kept way too chilly it was uncomfortable especially when we were eating or at happy hour . You need to keep that coolness down a bit people were wearing sweaters etc and still chilly.

Facility had issues with A/C. Room was warmer than usual. Nevertheless, DJ and Cynthia were very kind and helpful. Room 309 was in great quiet zone. Thanks

It was very nice place, but it seemed a bit old. The bed didn’t seem very firm. My back ended up hurting.

I had been used to a nice big breakfast selection. It seemed like this breakfast had a lot less selection than normal. It was still good

The location was perfect everything was close by.

I didn't like the $35 a night for parking. The hotel is already expensive parking should be included or at a discounted rate
