I loved everything about it the room was beautiful and clean with a walk in shower with two showers heads. Those big luxury square head and the other one you hold in your hand. We were up on the 20th floor with a view facing Houston North side it was beautiful. Destination was great connected to the Galleria Mall and a host of restaurants all around us.

What I didn’t like was the parking, it’s free but it’s hard to find parking spots and valet parking runs 52 dollars over night. The towel was hard and I expected a place like that to have soft towels when I dry myself off after enjoying their amazing shower heads.

Good location , clean and the staff was accommodating

For the price I paid , I would have expected the toilet to work all the time and not have to fix the flushing unit with each pull. Also the toilet paper hanger is extremely loose that the paper fell off with every pull. Difficulty communicating with the cleaning staff for they could not understand English, though they were friendly and tried to call for help. The lobby furniture is dated and requires pillows to sit comfortably , that were missing.

Room was located on the 16th floor. Incredibly spacious and clean. There was a full corner couch, floor to ceiling windows with a view of uptown Houston. Secure elevators that required key cards and quick service. Great location in the mall, with easy parking options.

Nit picking but the lighting like most hotels can be dim. In order for the room to be fully illuminated required switching on all the lights such as the hallway, bed side lamps, desk lamps, standing lamps, which also made turning in for the night more of a chore. This is somewhat consistent with most hotels.

Clean. Smelled good. Looked fresh. Sarah was very helpful in getting me into a handicapped room. I appreciate her making my stay better. Thank you Sarah.

Valet was too expensive. Had guest stop by for coffee and I was so embarrassed that the charge was $32 for one hour. It wasn’t busy at all. There is no place to gather for conversation and the furniture was so uncomfortable!

the room is good. the room is clean and the room size is very good.

the parking is shared with the Galleria Mall. in sometimes, it is difficult to find a parking. the internet was working fine in first few days then it has been disconnected. when I aksed about the reason, the staff informed me that it is free for Bonvoy members only. this was not mentined in Booking.com. anyways I am a member so once I provided them with my email the internet was activated again.

Firstly the staff and especially Ms. Amy Dubon and Ms. Carmen at the front desk.. They were excellent and polite. Overall everybody that i interacted with were extremely helpful and that applies to the engineering staff as well! Also, it had an excellent location with direct access to the galleria mall. The bathroom was spacious and well stocked. The room was neat and clean. Great value for money.

Rooms need a little updating.. Also there weren’t many choices for f and b the bar restaurant where all went for breakfast was always too full not enough staff..

I got in from a long flight and really wanted a glass of wine and for some reason the bar wasn’t opened. They said the bar closed early. I felt like I had overpaid for my stay but the hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel has access to the Galleria directly which was very convenient. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It can be difficult to get an Uber if there's traffic at the mall as this causes a backlog in parking lot which is shared with the hotel on one side. Our internet was cut on the last day and required to be paid for to continue which was a bit inconvenient for the morning before check out.
