Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The first night the room was noisy with a humming frig and traffic noise. We were moved to another room that was perfect. The breakfast buffet was better than average with lots of choices and everything was clean.

water pressure for shower. Room was very clean. Was a little surprised that king bed was made but sofa bed was not but no biggie. Traffic noise is intense but other side was no problem with noise.

The property was clean room was very spacious nice and cozy. There was odor. The sheets were fresh and clean. The bed slept amazing. The staff was very friendly. Dominic was exceptionally helpful and very attentive. Arraon was very polite as well.

We requested an earlier check in prior to arrival they were not accommodating. That earlier time request was 2 o clock. We traveled for a rockets game did all our eating and shopping prior to arrival. The room wasn’t ready.

It is a beautiful Property with a nice view. I really liked the floor to ceiling windows. It brought in a ton of light to the room, It was super comfortable to stay and they have outlets and plugs everywhere which i can really appreciate makes working and connecting a breeze!

Not much, the only concern i had is when i had booked the room they had placed me into a hearing accessible room that did not have a skyline view. I called down and they replaced the room right away. They mentioned that the room came through as room selected at check in. Aside from that adjustment, it was a wondaful stay!

Somebody stole our clothes from laundry, not anticipated from a secure facility. Also, people might prefer drinking water with their breakfast and I couldn't find water and had to quench my thirst using coffee and soda. Please provide water to the guests

For a Holiday Inn this hotel is exceptional. Its extremely clean lovely hotel and amazing staff. Il be sure to stay here again on my next visit to HTX

The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Absolutely perfect! The pool was also really nice.

We needed to check out a day early due to the hurricane coming in on Monday, but we were told no refund on that night. I feel like a natural disaster like a hurricane should warrant a refund for that one night.

Given the fact we arrived mere days after the big storm of May 2024, I think the location (The Galleria) helped to avoid the electricity cuts. Also, the breakfast and facilities were fantastic, I did not expect such a nice and cheap hotel.

Maybe charging the parking lot, but I understand given the location.

I loved the building, the spacious room and cleanliness. However, I had to call 5 times to have someone come to help me with the security box which wasn’t working as needed the batteries to be changed. The lady picking up the calls for the guest services on Wed 21 between 10 and 11.30 was rude and not helpful at all. I had to insist with the receptionist and even tried with the cleaning lady to be able to secure my valuables and avoid wasting time. Otherwise, the ladies at the reception were super friendly!

It was our second stay at this hotel, which already shows how much we liked it. Great location, good rooms and very friendly staff. Parking is very convenient and easy to access. Finally, the breakfast is plentiful and has many great options.

Excellent stay. Staff was friendly. Food was great. Very satisfied. Will definitely stay again.

Having a double sink would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Prefer an iron instead of a steamer but again not a deal breaker.
