The price for the location was the best. You can't beat a 20 min. drive to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful when the A/C quit working. They were also nice enough to get a fridge for our initial room, due to it missing one.

The A/C quit working at some point during the day on our last night. I spoke to the desk attendant and was told I would be put into a suite. I went back to my old room to pack up everything to move. When I returned to the front desk, I was given my new room number. I went to the room opened the door and it was identical to my old room, bummer. But the air worked so that was a plus. But it was missing the fridge which I needed to keep my insulin cold. It was in the evening and the desk attendant did not know where the dolly was to move a fridge. Luckly, I had a small cooler with me and was able to use ice from the ice machine to keep it cold. Also, wear some kind of footwear in the rooms, the floors will turn your white socks black. The carpets need a good cleaning.

The staff members were all friendly. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. My son enjoyed making his own waffle for breakfast. The complimentary tea was refreshing on the hot days. Room was clean and comfortable. The beds were plush and clean. Very nice decor and spacious. AC kept the room so cool especially in the 95°F weather. The iron and ironing board came in handy to iron my dress. Hair dryer was also available but I didn't need to use. Towels were clean, soft and super white. The dove brand soap, shampoo and conditioner were nice. The fitness center was one thing I wish I had used. The ice machine was conveniently located. The little store to buy snacks and other items was a great idea. The pool was clean but the sky became overcast in the morning of our last day. Outdoor sitting areas were lovely. Close proximity to restaurants, Target and Randall's and to workshop I attended at Citizen Bank. The great affordable price of the rooms and close to the American Marriage Ministries Training Workshop was perfect. Checkout was great and easy! I will recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future!

I didn't realize the room only had a coffee maker and no fridge or microwave. I didn't see the microwave in the lobby until the next morning. I didn't realize there was a $50 deposit required after pre paying for the days/nights stay but was quickly refunded after checking out. I had booked two double beds and was given a king bed. We had to go back downstairs to have it corrected. The desk clerk was very apologetic and quickly got us the correct room accommodation. Overall, these issues were not major and did not put a damper on our stay. We checked out on the same day that Houston was hit by the tornado. The sky was overcast and getting windier.

Location was great. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great customer service. Shoutout to Isaac and Michael. Grounds very nice and well kept. Huge breakfast room. Nice selection for continental breakfast. Room was clean and decorated nicely. Lots of pillows 😁

Hallways and doors could use some new paint and hardware. Windows needed cleaning, but can be difficult if not on the ground floor. Cabinet where microwave and coffee maker and fridge could use some updating. But, loved having those in the room as I brought back leftovers from local restaurants.

I`m sad i stayed just one night at this hotel. It was so cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, i was too tired to enjoy the Jacuzzi, but it was there all steamy and hot. There is a cozy little park on the property of the hotel, absolutely adorable. I loved the hotel so much. I needed a place to stay to go to the Russian embassy, which is in convenient walking distance from the hotel. I went to the restaurants, which are 15-20 min walk. I had time on hand so that was easy. Caught the happy hour, enjoyed the match latte and some good food. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and with a super cool room layout.

The breakfast was good. And the courtyard was nice.

The spout for the waffle batter wasn't working properly. Me and another lady had to fight with it just to get some out. After telling the employee it wasn't working it took awhile for her to return she took out the container shook it, it worked for a minute and stopped again. The bed was too firm my husband and I had a terrible night. I'm glad we only book one night.

It's in a great spot not too far from downtown. Shopping is nearby. The staff were great and breakfast pretty good. Hot tub was warm also and pool looked nice.

The hall carpet could use changing in some spots, the hot tub water pressure could be higher for massage therapy and it would be nice to have a larger size soap for the shower than for washing your hands.

The staff was very accomadative except for pno e the tall lady with the man boice was not to jelpfulñ themen was very griendly and acometiendo that of to the men amnd lafy on the morning pn desk witj breakfast

Everyone was so nice and wonderful- the room was extra big and ready nice..And they have Texas shape waffles and the best coffee for breakfast which is included

I didn't realize it was right right next to the big freeway... Very noisy all night long... It sounded like the traffic was on top of the hot

*Room smells like humidity all the time *The double doors in the bathroom was hard to open and close and don't have door knob to lock, also the doors squeak a lot *We need a refrigerator and no refrigerator on site

It was in the middle of everything . Cleanliness , staff was awesome and very friendly !

Only think I didn’t like was that the handicap parking should be closer front then around the side and then a long walk to entrance perhaps since there are only two handicap spaces that you move them to front area and have at least 4
