This hotel is a bargain - it was clean with excellent location near the galleria mall the site of the medical meeting and all shopping. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Although the room was not cleaned daily, you could get clean towels at any time. We have stayed at other hotels for this meeting previously for much more money and they are not worth it. This hotel is great for the price and we will stay here again if in the area.

Good location, it's right off I-59/69. The hotel staff were welcoming & friendly. Josh was a big help & he has the best energy. There are restaurants near & the Galleria mall is around the corner. The area is nice & clean. I wasn't looking for fancy & upscale, just somewhere comfortable to stay for the wknd & this place served the purpose. Also, make sure when you check in to ask for your dish set because there won't be any in the room.

The rooms can be updated. That's really the only thing I have about that.

it was so clean. i had everything i needed, when asked. the front staff was amazing and helpful. really, the evening clerk had to be the nicest person in the world.

no breakfast as advertised. I booked this hotel FOR breakfast. it would be nice to not have to ask for dishes and pans- the rooms are advertised as fully equipped. the hallways smelled of cigarette.

The location was excellent, close to everything I needed. The room was clean, but the shower barely had water. The showerhead was obviously designed to limit water usage. I did not see Breakfast ever out.

Shower...The shower head barely produced enough water to rinse.

I liked the location. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The room, kitchen and utensils were very okay.

I wish there was a meeting point where guest will meet each other and get to know each other as the are staying at the facility.

Location was great! It was really easy to arrive there by bus from the IAH. A few steps away from the Galleria and from several public transportation stops so you can go anywhere from there. Staff was great and they're super pet friendly! The receptionist had his dog with him. Both receptionists were really kind and friendly, great attitude always! Room was more than enough for one person. You have anything you can need.. towels, shampoo, soap, stove, microwave, refrigerator.. if you need plates, pans, or anything to cook you can just ask for those on reception and they lend them to you. Pretty comfy!

Probably the breakfast.. As it's just a coffee, a muffin and a cereal bar. You can have some oats too. It's something just not to have an empty stomach, but great to get some energy to start your day and wait for lunch.

The location and the hospitality of the front desk

That I was told that breakfast came with our room. But Guy the person working the front desk that night said no breakfast. He did even tell us I asked about it and he said no breakfast straight like that. Did accommodate us at all. Also I did appreciate having to look at drug needles outside in the parking lot grass when you park. Not safe at all I forget to take pictures and send.ro.your home office. That was not sanitary at all.

the property was centrally located to NRG stadium, but not in the middle of the chaos. the bed was very comfortable and we had a kitchenette in our room. the staff were very accommodating.

I did not like the towels and we had to keep asking for more.

Breakfast. You cannot call that a breakfast. It was just one Free Coffee and Muffin in morning. thats it.

the location and the ease of travel via public transportation.

There appeared to be a small incursion with insects coming into the suite [being next to the Trash Room seems to be the likely source...].
