I liked the property because the location was very nice and quiet , walking distance to the Galleria mall and the Waterwall. The staff was very accommodating……I was staying on the 13th floor (executive floor), so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it? However, the pool (2nd floor) was nice and quiet and I spent a few hours there each day. I did note that there were rooms that had sliding doors and a seating area that was surrounding the pool area, so I thought those rooms would have been nice to stay in. Also the Astros won the Superbowl the nights I was there, so the downtown area was madness and horrible (we visited to go to a wedding there), and so we were very glad NOT to be staying in the downtown area.(about 20 min away). Also we noted that the downtown and surrounding areas had many many homeless , bums etc, so that was kind of scary for us. ( it was our first visit to Houston and/or Texas so we weren’t that impressed honestly lol. ( I was traveling with my 20 yr old son for the wedding ).

The property was a little worn in some areas. Maybe needs some updating, ( I’m not sure how old it is) but overall it was very pleasant and clean and if I had to go back , I would stay there again. The balcony was a bit small . Only a standing balcony , not enough room for chairs. It was a little pricey , but being the Super Bowl was going on , we didn’t really have much choice.

The beds were ok. The room was cool The pantry / kitchenette was good Furniture in the room was good Checking out was efficient

Cleaning of the room was not well done despite complaints to the front desk There was a lot of disturbing noise from the swimming pool area for about four nights

Cleanliness, great views, and big pool. Breakfast was great. The bar was also good

The bathtub drain Stopper didn't work correctly, so the water started to accumulate. I called the front desk, and they sent an engineer to solve it, which he did. Everything else was perfect.

I loved the location, the staff, and having pool access. The pool area is amazing. I did use the fitness room, very nice. This hotel is a very happy place everyone even the guests were just happy people.

I would suggest a little more attention from the cleaning staff.

The location was great, it wasn’t too far from my event locations. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my requests.

I noticed small spots of mold in the bathroom ceiling of my room where a repair has been done, possibly from water damage.

I absolutely love Hilton properties, they are too tier in my book and the room having a balcony for fresh air was a plus!

The facilities need a good renovation. The room we were in the bathroom rail was hanging off, the balcony door was off track, which allowed a lot of cool air into the room, and some of the walls/furniture had scratches and dents.

Our first room was in a very noisy area and they moved us quickly. Everyone we encountered - from the valet staff, to check in, to the breakfast buffet staff- was so kind, helpful, and happy. My husband said it is the best customer service he has ever received. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms very clean. We will definitely stay there again.

I can't think of anything they could have done better. It was an excellent experience.

Everything. Location was in a good area. Walking distance to majority of the places around. Hotel was nice. Check in was very smooth.

Wish all the elevator was working during that busy weekend.

It was crowded and noisy in the lobby bc of a pageant contest or something similar. Couldn’t work in the business center or have coffee in starbux because of the noise

Staff was really nice. Fancy hotel for the price. Great views of the city. Really close to the galleria.

Don't like you have to pay $30 for parking. Breakfast was over $50 for 2 . No microwave in the room.
