My stay at the Locale Galleria was great i was highly impressed with the location. It was central and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great location in the city."

During my stay at Galleria, I was disappointed to find that the elevator was out of order. This caused a great inconvenience as I was staying on the upper floors, making it difficult to carry my luggage and move around. I hope the management takes note of this issue and ensures that such problems are addressed promptly in the future to provide a better experience for guests.

could use a deep cleaning sofa did have multiple stains first room had a ant issue but was quickly moved to another room.

Location was amazing, lovely loft, all the amenities. Right next to the River Oaks upscale shopping and restaurants, a stone through away from the Galleria on one side and Central Market (a place you must visit if yer never been to Texas). Comfy bed and big extra sofa bed. Pet park on property was a nice touch.

No soap for bathing and toiletries seemed like an afterthought. Side entrance door Bluetooth took a bit of working through and the pictures skip a step in directing you to parking which may make you go round and round in the parking garage (even though the pics to enter were spot on)

cleanliness in the common space especially corridors. the trash system is poorly organized and not working properly leading to a bad smell

Flawless checkin process, the apartment is centrally located to a lot of great spots around town. We had an amazing time.

the doors to the “complex” were broken my whole time there residents where having to prop doors open because they weren’t working. the coffee machine inside the apartment was broken but literally everything else was amazing location, comfort everything
