I absolutely loved this place! Check in is easy, place is clean, everything organized, room was the same I booked, employees very nice and friendly, breakfast was awesome and Wifi easy to access. Location is really good! Walk distance from target, short distance from Brazilian Consulate and restaurants. I was there with my family for only one night but I wish I could stay longer. It’s a really good place, hard to find those in us!

Easy access coming to and from NRG for the HLSR Cookoff. We stayed 3 nights with gated parking. Breakfast was open at 6am every morning including weekends which was great since we had to be at NRG at 8am. I also really liked the digital key on my phone. Considering we have previously stayed in some “roach motels”for similar money. This will hopefully be my go to for future cookoffs

Regular, nothing special

We did not have water from the time we arrived to the hotel on december 30 at 20:30 to almost midnight 11:40. We could not take a bath, and we could not use the toilet

I liked the location, right next to a target, Starbucks, and a bunch of restaurants. Loved how many pillows and towels were already in the room, very spacious room, nice restrooms, staff was very friendly.

I did not like how you have to pay for parking at the hotel, I’ve never had to pay for hotel parking unless it was valet but this was not the case. I also did not like the TV in the room, the screen was either partially broken or there was just poor connection, but there was static green lines all over the screen when on.

Breakfast was fantastic

Carpet in the room looked old and used and so is the sofa bed.

good selection; liked the omelets and sausage choice, and good coffee. Area was clean and tidy

I think it is an expected set-up and fare at all Hamptions, that meets the basic needs of most budget conscious travelers

The location was great and safe. The staff was suped sweet. All the cleaning staff would greet you in the hallway as well.

There were lizards in our room at night!

What I didn’t like was the charge for me to park in the hotel parking lot it was not mention when I made the reservation also the twenty dollars deposit,a 79.00$ room after everything i pay 136.00$, I believe everything should be out on the open no hidden fee

It was very clean

The breakfast was very good each morning. It was great having a fridge and microwave in the room. The location was perfect to get to my appointments on time. The staff was courteous and very nice.

That the trash can in the room and bathroom were bigger. You put one cup in it & it's full. Also, it would have been nice to have both elevators working.

The breakfast was exceptional. The pool was well maintained and the temperature was just right.
