The concierge and valet attendants seemed not really motivated in doing their jobs. When approached with our vehicle and requested cart, I had to load myself and then was asked to return it to the bottom floor when done with it. I would have expected them to assist with loading and taking to room and ensuring cart was returned by them, tip was available. When we got in inside the concierge (1 lady and 1 gentlemen) were giggling with another patron who appeared to be already checked in, while my wife and I (tired from a 4 hour drive) stood by onlooking, waiting until they were done conversing to be helped. Overall Stay would’ve been better please lol into improving these areas.

Location was perfect, right across the Galleria. There was a parking lot right next to the hotel for a reasonable price, 12 hours for $10, but over that it was $27. Staff was very kind and courteous. The hotel is nice and modern, looks updated. The lobby was nice and had some patrons in bar. Infused Water was offered. It even had some tables and chairs to eat which was very gracious.

Elevators were a bit slow, Rooms were too small and needed more light to my personal taste. One of the beds was right next to the wall, which was not exactly what we expected.

Loved how clean and the room was how amazing the front desk team is. How helpful and professional everyone was including management I am absolutely delighted I will most definitely stay here again!

Valet is a bit crazy busy self parking is an option but you have to get your steps in.

The hotel is very modern, stylish. The rooms are minimal design, but clean and beautiful. The breakfast lady manager "Juliette' is simply adorable. A great asset to the hotel. In general all service staff was friendly, unlike the check-in staff.

The check-in staff was just OK. We had to remind them of our breakfast included reservation. So basically they do their jobs correctly, but NO extra mile, as the warm-hearted and kind Juliette from breakfast.

Beautiful hotel....comfortable hotel....Restaurant in hotel was nice and staff was excellent! I don't like high rise hotels and asked to not be too high but I might have asked too late. We were on the 12th floor!

We drove and there was not enough signage to let me know where to turn in, where to park and where to exit! Luckily, a staff member saw us driving around and came to our car to tell us where we were able to park our car. If it wasn't for him, we would not have known where the heck to park!

The staff at breakfast were phenomenal even though the food options were limited. They ensure that you got the best of what the hotel had to offer and allow you take out food. Worthy of mention are Silvia and Juliett.

The hotel can add on more intercontinental options to the breakfast buffet spread.

The room was gorgeous, and the staff were all so friendly. I especially appreciated the valet guys, as they always opened the door for me when I was carrying around a handful of business paperwork.

The TV casting wasn't as straight forward as I would have hoped. I had to get an engineer to come into my hotel room to guide me through it.

Wonderfull stay at Hyatt Regency. It's worth every cost paid. The staff was great! So kind and helpful! I will not forget Jullette and Silvia in a hurry. They made our stay beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic, so fresh, so delicious. Parking was well organised with the valet parking.

Perfect location. Good breakfast. Our server Silva was the best! She totally exceeded our expectations! Always had a smile and even arranged our table with the items we’ve ordered the day before. Valet has also a great service there!

No beverages inside the minibar.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. We felt so comfortable and appreciated there. I would most definitely stay over and over. Oh the pool and lounge area was our favourite apot. We actually chose often to cancel any Pam s we had and we chose to spend entire days just at the hotel. Loved it.

I do think that the menu and food are amazing but I would suggest to maybe have non gourmet items as well. Like a basic cheeseburger and fries type of thing. We aren't very much into the gourmet menus and had to order in or go out each night. Also a vending machine with sodas and other options would be great.
