Good location and friendly staff

Loved the location, the area was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable and clean! I loved how the shower have great pressure and get very hot! Alot of hotels have issues maintain that. Overall is was great and I look forward to returning.

Rooms could be a little bigger

The staff was really friendly. I always felt warmly greeted. Everyone was really helpful.

Nothing at all. I enjoyed my time. While I was there for a conference downtown, the hotel was still very easily accessible

The rooms are small and no microwave, but had one microwave in the lobby area..rooms were comfortable though

It was convenient and clean. Nothing overly fancy but parking was plentiful and covered, room was clean and quiet

Post covid it seems like you don’t get a room refresh daily which was fine, we asked for more towels for the next day and quickly received them so no real complaints

Very clean. Great restaurants within walking distance. Great restaurants with great parking 2 minutes' drive away. Excellent parking reasonably priced.

I liked the look and feel of the location.

My room was never cleaned even when I left with the cleaning staff right outside. And, the breakfast service at a cost with no Mayo, mustard or salsa just dry. And, coffee was almost empty and cold.

It was a very easy check-in and check out.

I wish they would clean the rooms daily and not ever other day we had to go get clean towels daily and any trash we had we had to dump it in the trash can in the parking garage.

The staff is very friendly and their service is great.

No ice machine. Some areas need repairs and maintenance.
