We didn’t have breakfast. The location is excellent, it’s close to the shops.

I don’t understand why cleaning of rooms is every other day, we had to clean for ourselves.

I was warmly greeted by Joshua and Isiah when I checked in. My flight was early but I was still able to check in before 3pm. Joshua and Isiah were very friendly and inviting. The room was spacious and very cozy. The hotel was walking distance or a short Uber ride for the galleria and other local attractions.The breakfast was excellent and I loved that they stayed open til 11am because I'm a later riser. They have a hotel store which I found very nice they provided chips, beer, candy and even some hot foods. The workout center was great! they have a peloton! the pool was beautiful and clean it even had a waterfall and a jacuzzi. The staff were wonderful! 10/10 recommend.

dogs are allowed and the walls are kind are thin so just be mindful of that. not very many cable channels.

Accessible to shops and other attractions, clean room, comfortable beds!

Parking fee and breakfast not being included

Upon arrival, I was greeted pleasantly. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was nicely decorated, as well as the room. The bed was comfy, and all the accommodations were pleasing. The area was nice and safe and within a short distance from downtown, where we were dining for the night. I was very pleased with the way the front desk accommodated me with an issue that I had with parking. Our overall stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have no complaints, although I didn't realize that there was a fee for breakfast, which was my mistake.

Upon arriving the 2 guys at the desk were really nice and welcoming! The staff as a whole from checking in to checking out were nice !! The one guy who assisted me when I arrived explained the parking , incidental fee for my stay as well as accessing the WIFI ! The lobby was clean! The room was clean & nice size ! ! Fair price for the area & security person on site in the parking garage at night . And your guest card is needed if entering after a certain time at night . Parking is $20 a night plus tax ( you will be given a parking decal when you check in to display )

Only one elevator was operating at the time and the only other thing walking into the hotel from the parking garage there is a awkward smell that always hits you in the face but you can’t smell it coming into the hotel from the front checking it . Overall the stay was nice!!

We had a blow out with our back tire and had to call a tow so that delayed our checking in time I called the hotel and the front desk clerk was so concerned and so compassionate about the whole thing .. He was very professional and told me no worries and the young lady was awesome as well both were so friendly and made our stay so well worth it driving 6 hours and they also let us in the pool to relax because they knew we were stressed out ... I must say hands down the staff was the best I have ever experienced .. I will stay here again...

It was a funny smell, but the room was very clean...

Great room, very large and modern. Everything is high quality. The staff was helpful and the overall experience was good. Houston is huge, so it really depends on your trip, but this hotel is located within walking distance from The Galleria Mall and there are also other commercial options nearby like CVS, supermarkets and restaurants.

They charge for early check-ins which is understandable. But I have had experiences in other hotels where they just let you into your room if available. The swimming pool is ok.

For a 3-star level, a very good hotel with an excellent location. The Ukrainian consulate, which I visited on business, is a 7-minute walk away. A 10-minute walk away is a huge shopping mall where you can spend time, shop and dine. The hotel was quiet, which was good for a good night's sleep. Overall I'm happy with my choice.

Upon check-in, we were forced to pay 15% more than the amount indicated when booking in the application. The staff explained this by some state taxes.

Paying for self parking and paying for breakfast

I did not have the pleasure of having breakfast. However the bar services were great as well as the grocery area. The products were displayed adequately and they were also fresh to taste. The bar drinks were great as well. I loved how attentive the staff was.

My only complaint is that the lobby was freezing cold some days. I would have been extremely content with hanging out down there some days, but it was just too cold.
