I like the fact that it's literally walking distance from the hotel. However, I'm glad I didn't because of the type of shopping that was done. Lol

The hot water wasn't working when I attempted to take a shower. I called the front desk to inquire about it. I was told that someone would come to my room to rectify the situation. A little bit over an hour passed, and no one showed up. I called back to the front desk, and nobody answered. I went to the front desk myself and then was told that maintenance was on it where they had to cut the water off and heat up the water lines. I ended up taking a shower in another room where the water actually was working. When I made it back to my room it still wasn't on. It came back on about an hour after I got back.

-The location is unbeatable. The Galleria mall is 5 min walking from the Hotel, and there are many store real close. There are several stores close to the hotel, so it was pretty easy to walk instead of taking Ubers. -Front Desk and the cleaning team was excellent, always happy to help. -The included breakfast was pretty good for the price included. The only downside was the service hours 6-9am and 7-10am during weekends. But just plan ahead your day. - Room was clean and had many amenities.

The only thing that I will point out is that the room that we selected had a Bed Sofa/couch as the second bed. When open the futon was really slim, so I had to ask for another one because it was not comfortable enough. That solved our problem.

Hotel is very non nonsense, you have the basics (cleaning, shower, beds, attendance, breakfast, deliveries) very good, well done and trained, the location and value for money are very favorable compared to others in the same region. You have a whole fridge, stove, microwave etc.

it doesn't have room service and another things (like gym) I myself don't value.

Love the location. This property is close to the Galleria mall and water wall and only a short drive to everything we wanted to go, like the parks and Chinatown and downtown. Also Walgreens is only 2 blocks away. I also like that they have hot breakfast. Also the staff are nice and friendly.

We didn’t like that they put us on a corner room with only one window and when you open the blinds you could see the inside of the other room through the window. Also the smoke detector keeps chirping especially at night. We told the front desk the next day and someone fix it though. One morning after breakfast, I didn’t want to go upstairs anymore to use the bathroom, so I went to the bathroom in the lobby. There are 3 stalls, the first 2 are dirty and the 3rd one, no toilet paper. I think they should have someone to always check the bathroom. I told the front desk girl about it.

I liked how easy it was to get to my room. I basically stayed in a little studio apartment. There was a full size refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, and dishes. Microwave as well and a dishwasher. The bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower gel. This made it very easy to live.

The only thing I really didn’t like was how raspy my voice was when I would wake up. I think the air can get dry from the air conditioning. traveling with a humidifier would be a good idea. The complementary breakfast was OK but still convenient.

The breakfast options were plentiful and creative. Fantastic breakfast tacos, fruit was fresh and staff was incredible. Christina was extremely helpful and kind. The room and facilities were always clean and available. For fun: They had the best entrance mirror that became our outfit photoshoot.

I loved everything about it.

Breakfast was great and alot of places that we visited was in walking distance or a short ride. And the general manager jackie McFarland was amazing a people person and we love her. She helped us make decisions on where to go and where to eat. She is amazing

Greatr location close to the Galleria, close to the bus stop into down town. Good bar right next door. Breakfast was really good and filling, eggs, sausage, tacos, plenty of bread and bagels and cereal, great coffee, excellent fresh fruit salad. Room was big and plenty of space for three of us.

Unfortunately the pool was closed all week.

The hotel was great. Super comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was so convenient. Did not have time to use the swimming pool. Parking was very convenient and secure. Breakfast was very good.

The only complaint we had is that the feather pillows had not been dried all the way and smelled like wet feathers.

We’re relocating to Texas to get away from abuse. We have no family or friends here so the city is NEW to us. The property was in a nice location, this made it easy to get to things in the city and decreased my anxiety.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is how long it took the staff to get us extra rags. We’d called the first night for rags and had to call a whole day plus 4 additional times to get wash rags.
