If you're staying by the airport STAY HERE. Staff was great, very very clean, huge room. Great workout room. The hot breakfast was down due to something they were working on but they still provided a "walking breakfast" oatmeal, muffins, coffee, cereal etc. Way better than other hotels by the airport in the area, close to things you need.

The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property was well kept. The lobby was clean and had coffee all day.

The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were horrible. No hot water on our final day there. We were unable to shower before we had to leave for the airport.

The property was nice. The front desk staff was great! Room was very comfortable.

The staff in the breakfast area was rude kept tell my 7 year old daughter to move out of her way. Please understand it’s a small area, there were a lot of people that morning and she was looking for somewhere to stand out of the other GUESTS way.

Easy Uber from airport. lobby was busy but organized. Breakfast was good. Fast check in and check out. Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable.

No shuttle from airport. Checkout was crowded as everyone was at the exact same time. Not hotels fault but tons of luggage left by people who were eating breakfast in the way. Seating was full, some with people’s bags. Lots of cruisers.

Service , breakfast, staff politeness and friendliness excellent 4th floor were clean as I have alot of allergies I mention to stuff and she gave me 4th floor it was quite no bad or strong smell. Nice stay

Everything was good

We had breakfast there once and overall it was excellent, dining area clean. The only thing that I did not like was that the area where the food was located it didn't have the coffee table there it was by the entrance of the hotel.

I was very curious as to why there is a parking fee to park a vehicle at this hotel when other hotels don't have the additional charges. Plus I had paid for my booked room before arrival and I was still charged an addition $50 security on top of that there was an additional charge of $11.73. The front desk told me that they were reversing those charges and it would be noted on the printed receipt which it wasn't.

There really wasn't much to choose from i,e, no bagels or bread, waffle maker didn't have any mix so we had to ask for some, basically it wasn't up to speed with Hampton Inn breakfast.

I had an early flight and got in at 10:30 a.m. and even though there were rooms available I had to pay $50 early check in fee which they said they'd bill me for separate. When I got my credit card statement the were 2 charges: one was $60 and another for $10. When I called Hampton Inn they simply said the WAS the charge.

Very convenient location to every destination I had to attend pretty much central location for me

I did not have any issues. Therefore, there was nothing I could say that I did not think about the property.

insanely comfortable bed. wonderful food. Above-and-beyond kind asst GM who extended checkout time to accommodate family picking up me and my son after the noon checkout.

Loved everything.

It was very clean, and the night staff was great. We had to leave for the airport at 3:30 am, and they had a complimentary Lyft ready for us within minutes.
