Was fine.

They didn’t have bibles in the night stand drawer. When I asked the receptionist in a very professional way she was very rude and she told me she won’t like a Bible on her room. I told her is not her decision is the management who decides that. Well at the end of the conversation I can conclude that she was atheist because her attitude and the way she tried me. So bring those bibles back to the room. No I don’t have the name of that lady just find out who work that shift that morning. The Holiday Inn are an awesome hotels never before have a bad experience in one of them just that day.

Cleaniess

My daughter left accidentally items behind, devices now a days have tracking devices we brought it to the manager attention was not helpful at all, we were on a schedule so it was difficult to go back to the hotel, but we did go back 5 days later, manager refused to help, was blaming my daughter it was her fault her responsibility, as a manager she does not deserve the title, so whoever cleaned the room manager should have investigated and hire honest responsible people.

Very clean. The first thing we noticed was that the floors and the furniture were immaculate. The sofa in our room had clearly been cleaned before we checked in.

I really can't complain about much. It would be nice to have water in the rooms - at least a couple of bottles. The mattress was 'springy'. I haven't slept on springs/coils in years.

Every single one of the staff was very helpful. I didn’t use them but having Charging stations in the lobby is something I appreciated and will use in the future. The breakfast had a great variety. I don’t eat pork so having turkey sausage was extremely appreciated.

The fold out couch only had a blanket and a fitted sheet, no top sheet.

It was close to where I needed to get to!

I didn’t like the breakfast they had for the two days. No regular scrambled eggs no biscuits. We only had two large towels in our room with one small one. The hallways smelled like weed and so did the room next door. NOT COOL

Great location for my business needs.

Very noisy area. With a major highway in front and next to a busy airport, it’s very noisy. Also, it’s a long way from restaurants. You either get caught in the horrible Houston traffic or eat fast food.

The food selection was good.foe breakfast The shuttle ans driver. Most of the front counter staff was great Laundry service

The price for combining my two reservations into one. The female staff in the breakfast room was rude.

I really liked that it was close to the museum we were going to. Plus there were plenty of restaurants nearby so that was also a plus! The breakfast provided by the hotel was very delicious & filling!

We tried using the coffee machine that was in the room & it was really dirty from inside.

The cook, Leele was great!! She was friendly and helpful. We needed a room at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Our room was canceled because of a hurricane. We got lucky. Well kept facility and great breakfast.

Needed more luggage tanks

Stephanie was pleasant when we needed more toilet paper, and offered a sack with a bottle of water and a food bar, as members having a rewards account.

No rack near the shower to hang towels.
