I loved the aroma of the room as well as the ability to control the thermostat below 74! The room was clean, organized, sanitary and I felt like the staff was genuinely concerned with my feelings during my visit.

The WiFi wasn't as advertised. I imagine sales would increase with the addition of an un-throttled internet experience for all guests. I cannot speak for all but I can speak for those related to me by blood or business that WiFi is a determining factor in choosing where to stay.

Location close to airport. Reasonable price. Free airport shuttle. Friendly desk clerk. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in/check-out with the app.

The washing machine in the laundry facility needs repairing. It has a moldy smell (this happens a lot in front-loading machines; the rubber around the opening should be replaced). The machine did not clean my clothes well (the tub barely had any water, even for a front loader; my laundery pack didn't even dissolve). I had to wash my clothes twice.

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was a dream with all the separate shower heads.

For dinner on arrival night, I ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken tenders were cooked extremely hard; informed the waitress and she brought out another plate of newly friend chicken tenders for my salad and they were cooked just as hard; not very happy with paying almost $18 for a salad that only the good portion was the greens and vegetables; that was the only disappointing thing about the whole Hilton Garden Inn experience.

Very convenient for anyone transiting through Houston Hobby Airport. The hotel offers ample amount of free parking. The hotel itself is very clean and quite well maintained. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and professional. They also serve a good cook to order breakfast. There is also quite a good selection of food available to choose from. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The rooms have a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable. Overall good hotel to stay.

The only downside to this hotel is that the walls are very thin. You can hear the people in the next room. If you have connecting rooms, you can hear the people in the other room very clearly. Some maintenance is also required in the rooms. I notice that some tiles are coming off from the wall.

Great location, with easy shuttle ride provided by the hotel to and from the airport. We arrived after midnight, and they allowed us a late checkout (noon). And they held our luggage for 6 hours while we waited for our next flight out of Houston. Staff was great, helpful and accommodating, which made our 24-hour delay more enjoyable. The lobby and outdoor area were far nicer place to wait than at the airport. They even provided suggestions on what to do while we waited.

Nothing to dislike.

Close to the airport. Since I’m handicapped I requested in writing a step to get into their shuttle as well as verifying that there would be a step for the shuttle & was told yes they had it in the shuttle but they didn’t have it. The shuttle driver was great & the manager did come in her vehicle to pick me up giving the excuse that they had loaned out the step. Unfortunately we will probably stay at another hotel next time due to this problem two years in a row. I understand that people that are not handicapped doesn’t realize what a problem this can be. I do respect the shuttle driver for remedying the situation.

Confirming twice a shuttle bus step. Not having a step to get into their shuttle when told they do provide this step for handicapped people.

I’m an elderly woman who, while traveling alone, was stranded in Houston due to flight delays at Dallas causing me to miss my connection. I was able to book a room at a reasonable rate at the last minute. The free transportation pickup at the airport and the return at 4:00 the next morning were (both times) a life saver. All employees were friendly and I felt safe. Thank you for such an excellent facility that met all my needs.

I have stay in many Hotels in the states in my 45 years that I have travel for business or pleasure. And all the Hotels they offer breakfast and free parking until now. Never said nothing about the extra hidden charges on line. Other than that was OK.

For the price that I was charged it should have free breakfast and free parking!!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable room. An on demand shuttle service to the airport.

Having to pay to park a car on the property even though I was turning it in, in a few hours. The free limit was only 30 minutes but I needed to use it again before returning it to the rental location.

We did not eat the breakfast, which is an added expense, so I cannot comment on that. The airport shuttle services are excellent. We had less than a 10 minute wait at the airport and no wait on the return trip from the hotel. All the staff were very nice and helpful. They have an on-site restaurant with a limited menu. The food was acceptable and the convenience was appreciated.

There were a few minor inconveniences in the room: the Kuerig coffee pot did not heat water, the shower gel was empty and the shower head was pointed straight down and could not be moved.
