All staff especially Joyce, front desk manager ( i am sorry I am forgetting his name.. he had bushy curly hair ) , Raquel, Amberlyn, ALL bartenders ( I am sorry, I am forgetting their names except of Diana, I mean ALL !!! ) were very very kind. Joyce and front desk manger gave me very nice upgraded room fit for a king ( my nick name is Raja = King : ) . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will always stay there when I visit Houston. I hope Joyce and Raquel who helped me with calling ride from Kelsey Seybold liked cheesecake from Cheesecake factory- just a small token of my appreciation for their kindness. My sincere thanks to all staff from my heart freee burd from Colombia- happy nation with poor but happy people

Just a very strong recommendation to help the mgt / owner from a big headache someday: - Please add a couple of steel bars in the bath room to prevent a fall. You live in a sueful society. You get the message. I did slip and fell on my back in the bath tub while getting up . It was hard to get up. It took a few minutes to get up and get out of the tub. Thank God my head did not hit the tub. One can die from a head injury. My back did hurt. I just took Tylenol and and did not make a big deal ... I did not inform anyone. I just focused on the many positives.

Very comfortable room, excellent facilities (did not use the gym or pool). Catered conference lunch was good quality - even on the healthier side with lots of choices. Good food and excellent service at the restaurant. Hotel neighborhood is quiet and safe, enjoyed going for a walk in the evening.

Could not get room service to pick up the phone in the morning to order breakfast. Tried again for the next day the night before, still had to leave a message. But breakfast did come on time the next day (although I had to call back to confirm whether they got the message in the morning). Paid wifi stopped working on my work computer for security reasons on the last day.

The staff is very pleasant, cheerful, willing to help, it's nice. The hotel is beautifully decorated without being over the top. The room is very spacious and clean. Food was great overall.

The mattress was very poor quality and was making loud, weird sounds every time we'd sit on the bed. It's a cheap spring mattress that does not have motion isolation so each time my partner moved I was awaken. I was aware of the parking charges but boy it adds up ($30/day). It's way overpriced. Same for the breakfast buffet ($28), way overpriced, it was cheaper to have a la carte. There's a quiet time advertised in the hotel but people didn't respect it. Our first night, people were shouting in the hallways, slamming doors, having loud conversations etc. Not cool for people who want to sleep...

Nested in a green retreat just outside the 610 loop, the hotel has a serene, secluded feel. Upon arrival the desk saw that we had an active 5 year old with us and, unprompted, ensured we were accommodated in a spacious room. The pools are incredible and certainly let us idle away many afternoons. The live poolside music offered on the weekends was a nice unique touch.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a relaxing stay for our anniversary. The front desk was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We loved all amenities on property, evening drinks and food at the whiskey lounge, the black swan nightclub and breakfast at the cafe. Our favorite was a pool day on the beautiful grounds that also had a convenient pool bar. Our weekend stay was just what we needed, thank you!

I was beyond impressed with every single employee that I encountered. What a friendly and helpful staff - WOW! They made me feel like a VIP! Our room was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The pool is spectacular, along with the room service, and restaurant! Our doggie LOVED the park to run and play in :)

Everything was to my liking. I only used the restaurant for continental breakfasts whilch were excellent. I used the fitness center and the pool, both of which were clean and the pool I had to myself.

Nothing. Everything was what I expected in a good hotel.

The cleanliness of the hotel and parking garage. The gym was very nice and clean a lot of equipment to choose from. The food was delicious from the restaurant downstairs

I didn’t like like that there was no plug in the bathroom and the location of the mirror and plug outside the bathroom poor set up. No updated outlets for USB cords

Wonderful staff

The shuttle service. They have 3 shuttles, but only use one at a time, to get picked up you often wait 15 minutes to over and hour. There is only 1 restaurant which has amazing staff, but often not enough staff to serve the demand.

Everything was perfect! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Samir at the front door was charming and assisted us with our outdoor and dinner plans. The gym is outstanding, as is the pool area. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again on our next visit to Houston.
