Everyone at this hotel was so nice and friendly. I loved my welcome Otis Spunkmeyer cookie upon arrival. This hotel shows that it's well cared for despite its age. It's renovated and still upkept. My room was very comfortable, I stayed in a king suite with the little kitchenette area which helped with my pumping and bottle washing. Breakfast was filling and I appreciated the variety of milks, condiments, toppings so it was easy to customize and elevate an otherwise simple continental breakfast. Even the Texas shaped waffle maker was a cute touch. The location is very convenient and close to Hobby airport and the 45 fwy. However it is not walkable to shopping or food other than the mexican restaurant and bar.

My only minor complaints would be the ice machines were out of order and the Tequila 45 restaurant has live music until quite late on Saturday night, so I could hear the music and distinguish the songs but it didn't really bother me. I was however on that last corner suite overlooking the restaurant so not sure if other rooms can hear.

The price for the suite was great for a last minute trip. The room was pretty spacious. The sofa/trundle bed was pretty comfortable.

The free breakfast was a little lacking. The area was a little dirty. There was a smell when walking down the 1st floor hall.

I like that the room was big enough for my family of 6. I was glad to have a fridge for their snacks and I was glad to have a microwave for my little ones. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was able to maintain a good temperature in the room

I did not like the size of the bathroom. Also, The door would not close without some force and there was a towel shortage on the night we arrived. When dealing with a larger family showers can be challenging with bathing in such a small shower/toilet space.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Texas and we were very adamant about choosing a place that was clean throughout the entire hotel along with good customer service at the front desk and with the remaining staff.

One thing we did notice was how far everything was from the hotel at least 30 minutes+ but we were only 5 minuets away from Hobby air port. Overall that was a plus.

The room was clean, the mirrors were very reflective (Good for Pictures), the toilet paper rolls looked nice with the self made flower. Overall the room was very spacious and very clean.

The towel hanger behind the door was broken.

I loved the amount of space they had! Loved the microwave and the fridge it made it easy to save and reheat meals. We stayed as a group of 13 it was easy to fit us all in 2 rooms. Used the free shuttle from the airport to save on getting a uber we only paid for the uber to the cruise port.

Attentive staff, good breakfast options, clean room, fresh smelling room.

In humid 85+ degree weather only one ice machine working and it was on the 5th floor. Not a good feeling for me.

I love the fact that it had more than enough bed space for everyone in my party to sleep. I also love the fact that it has a microwave, complementary breakfast and hotel shuttle service from the airport.

everything was amazing. The staff was wonderful. Everything was perfect.

Overall clean and updated. Friendly staff and very helpful. Mr Vernon has an uplifting spirit and was kind, courteous. I would stay there again.

One of the elevators went out and the second one was not reliable. Overall it was not bad just walking up to the 5th floor was an ordeal for some of disabled in my party. The staff was courteous and was reliable in relaying information about the elevator.

We vacation quite a bit and this hotel was excellent. Normally I try and be as fair as possible for people looking for different things so I include everything in my review, but honestly the ONLY thing I found that wasn't 5stars was the mattress of the pull out trundle couch. We didn't need to use it because the couch was so large and comfortable on its own. The sheets and blankets for it were in the room already. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Not just hotel clean, it was spotless and we were pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned and made up with no request from us. (This service had to be requested at other hotels since covid, so we weren't expecting it). They even positioned my daughter's stuffed animal on the bed with our folded blankets from home. It was a cute extra. It was quiet and close to attractions. We didn't swim in the pool because it was a cold weekend, but it looked clean. It wasn't huge and there was no hot tub, but that would be the only thing about the hotel not comparable to or surpassing Omni hotels. Honestly, the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time.

Mentioned in the good part too, only because finding bad was a stretch here.... The mattress of the trundle couch was uncomfortable, but the couch was plenty big and comfy. The pool wasn't huge and no hot tub, but it was clean and probably great to swim in if it hadn't been so cold and cloudy outside.
