This hotel was beautifully designed with the elevator overlooking a gorgeous lobby area and restaurant. It reminded me of one of my favorite hotels in NJ. The suite had the most incredible lighting in the bathroom and the spacious room felt so welcoming.

The location was too far from my airport. Somehow, Google recommended this location as close to George Bush airport, but that of course is not true. The city is rather difficult to navigate without a car so once my uber dropped me off, I stayed in my room until another uber came to pick me up for my flight.

Friendly, service-oriented and courteous staff. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Personal hotspot that I use fer security reasons dd not work in the lobby, whereas it worked fine in my room. Hotel guest WiFi in the lobby dropped out. Breakfast choices were the same every day. M-Club business area was only bookable for the whole stay, not for individual days.

Spacious suites, comfortable beds, restaurant on site. The food and drink were exquisite!

Upon check-in I received 2 door cards, one for room and one for the club lounge. I was unaware of the difference so I did not get to enjoy the club. The bartender was snooty saying if my room key didn't open the door then I do not have access. I paid extra for this experience and didn't get in the M club lounge.

I enjoyed the indoor pool and the customer service and there was a pokemon convention going on at the same time ... Parking was really bad other than that it was great.

My initial room a/c did not work and instead of moving me immediately they sent maintenance and it still did not work so my first night was very hot then the following day I called back to change my room

I liked that it was so close to the airport, and that it had a private shuttle. I liked the size and cleanliness of the room and that the air conditioning worked well.

The breakfast was pretty bare minimum but did the job, I wish there was waffles/pancakes though. I had to wait quite a while for the elevator, but that's probably just cause of the event that was going on.

location was very great to and from Airport. Breakfast kinda blah, the stuff ordered was great, but the buffet portion was sub par. Very clean, the staff was well attentive, friendly and made my stay comfortable.

Since my young grandsons visited me there, we did use the indoor pool. King bed was very comfy.

After settling in, I went to lounge, seem like 5-6 beers on tap were out and took awhile to get notice when I sat down. Not very busy . Also, a screw was protruding from the window ( on the 7th floor).

It's a wonderful property at excellent prices. Love the airport shuttle as well and super easy to get to. The food at the hotel was excellent!

My only complaint would be that the grab-and-go should have a few more options. When it's late at night he arrive there needs to be more food options and the restaurants close.

This property was in a convenience location for our trip to Houston, Tx for the areas we were visiting.

The restroom should have been stocked with towels for a party of 3 instead of 2 people and seem like toiletries wasn’t stocked as well. Thank goodness we normally pack our own supplies from home.

Need to add the wheelchair button on the exit door to the garage. My mom is disabled and on wheelchair, we try to get to the hotel in and out from the exit door to the garage but it is very challenging for us
