Brand new facilities, excellent value, felt safe and all necessary amenities (mini fridge, hot water, hair dryer, TV, parking) were available at no extra charge. Nice staff always available and had no issues to check in or check out. Stores and fast food are nearby.

Nothing (would not recommend location if you're not bringing a car). Also could be loud for some people as it is next to I-10.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything seems very well maintained. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed only for a night during our round trip. You have laundry facilities on site, which is nice.

It would be great if there were a kettle or coffee machine in the room. No breakfast or coffee is available on site. Need to drive to get a coffee in the morning. I think this would help to improve the service.

I like the fact that it was close to a lot of restaurants which made getting food more convenient. I loved the shower setup and the cleanliness of the room. The check- in process was so easy and convenient. The had refreshments at the front desk and getting an extra key was no problem. I would personally recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for something fast, clean, and convenient.

I didn’t like the picturing on the television. I felt it could have been more entertaining with better channel line up.

I like the mostly everything about the Blue Star the price is ok, proximity to food and convenience stores were good. I enjoyed the rain shower, and the blue lights. Additionally, check in & out and parking was efficient.

I didn't like that the room wasn't up to code meaning there wasn't a fire alarm. I also didn't like the fridge and microwave was plugged into the restroom area even though there was a cabinet in the room for it. The noise from the highway was the most unbearable.

Clean room spacious ac worked really well shower pressure was good and housekeeper did an exceptional job cleaning the room while we were out for the day. Check in process was smooth as well ...that will be my go-to spot when I'm in Houston!

I wish they had elevators, but it was good exercise, lol...

I liked the colored lights above the bed and the walk-in shower with a color changing showerhead, it was a great deal and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent room. From the outside it might not appeal to everyone but I would say don't judge a book by it's color.

The hotel looked fresh - none of the usual frayed carpet or dingy window treatments. Comfortable love seat and a coffee table. Plenty of parking.

It's right off a freeway that never stops; sounds like you're camping next to a surging river in the middle of Houston. Once you get passed that, no problem.

Everything from the check in to check out was great. Staff was kind and helpful and the room actually exceeded my expectations for the area it’s located in.

You can hear all the vehicles passing on the interstate. We’re hard sleepers so once we got to sleep, we couldn’t hear them but for others, just an FYI.

Location was a little noisy being right next to the I-10 but then again, we were there because it was right by the highway. Room was spacious and clean with an exceptional shower. Everything we needed and expected.

Maybe if it had triple glazing it would cut out the excess noise. Not a great deal around in terms of restaurants and stores.

Clean, large rooms, free parking amd the most important thing it doesn't smell like most of small motels in USA do.

Airconditioning installed is very strange in terms of the cost of the installation and how inefficient it is and noisy. Motels, hotels must have VRV it saves money, provides silence operation and heats water free of charge especially in such hot city like Huston.
