Staff at midnight was kind and nice

Elevator makes a noise when it gets to the first floor. I was only there for half night and scared me the first time I went down. I was ready for the 2nd time.

Simple breakfast of coffee and honey bun. Excellent location very close to the airport.Fantastic taco food truck within walking distance.

Outdated decor and bedding. There was no cream for the morning coffee.

No in room coffee maker. The pillows were lacking in comfort.

Room size was good, microwave and refrigerator are great deal. Good deal at this price. Hotel shuttle was the great option.

No breakfast was available even this was mentioned at Booking.com. Must be removed or compensated with to go options. Coffee may be great addition. But I understand current COVID situation.

It was a dirty room someone’s used contacts were left on the bedside table and honestly it was 97 degrees in the room and on the lobby and hall it was 82 degrees in the middle of summer like come on keep the ax at 73 people need an escape for the Texas heat

Everything else seems OK, I just felt ,they they didn't have to lie about serving Breakfast, if your really not serving Breakfast.

I didn't like, that when I called in to setup my room Reservations, I ask the lady that took my information, do you'll serve Breakfast and she told me yes. After knowing that they Served Breakfast, Then I went forward ,making our Reservations. When we got in town ,and after OI paid for my Room, I ask about Breakfast to Confirm it,and she said No we don't serve Breakfast. So I told her ,that when I called to setup my Room Reservations,I was told yes we serve Breakfast. They lied,and I'm pretty sure that the same person that set our Room Reservation , is the same Person that took our money ,when we reached the Motel.Other than that Everything was Ok.
