The peace and quiet, surroundings. The food in the restaurant was superb. Staff were very friendly. I booked one night but ended up staying two, just so relaxing!! I travel by motorcycle and there was so much space for parking, i was almost outside the front door of the hotel and could see my bike from my room window.

Not a lot really, maybe a firmer pillow, if thats all I've got to say then the owners and staff are doing extremely well!! If I'm ever in that neck of the woods again I will definately stay again!!

The hotel is in a nice green area at the edge of Carrascosa del Campo. It was very easy to park, and you could also walk to the centre of the village (around 10min on foot, there was a nice footpath from the hotel). The staff were very nice, they let us check in earlier. There is also a bar/restaurant where you can have some food or drink, and it is opened until late. There is wifi as well.

There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom, but only small bags of champoo.

Staff were friendly, room was spacious and the hotel has good facilities. The restaurant next to the hotel was friendly and a good place to unwind. Parking at the Hotel was free and felt secure.

The pool was not open due to recent storms and debris.

Good location fairly close to the motorway. Very impressive general decor, was obviously an upmarket hotel in its heyday. Staff were delightful.

It was a bit rundown, catering was in the bar a short walk away.

The hotel staff went out of their way to help us, when we made an error that was totally our fault on arrival. Once the problem was sorted, it has been an excellent night stay.

The room's air conditioning didn't work. The room was clean but showed signs of mold in bathroom but you talking about 1* accommodation so can't complain too much. Beds were very soft

Very helpful receptionist. The hotel rooms have been modernised, the hotel is from an age long ago. Evening meal basic but OK. Owner not very friendly. Wont go there again. Off the beaten track.

The air-con in the room was like sleeping with an engine running. Shower broken and dated.

Unseemly public row in the bar about the bill which I'd paid in advance made me feel uncomfortable and upset. Treated like I was a crook despite me showing booking receipt and bank statement. Didn't sleep. Subsequently received a non-apology apology excusing the behavior on failure of communication. Nothing of the sort, just aggressive and rude. Walls paper thin, could hear two guys in adjacent room talking and playing games on a phone, and snoring.
