Comfortable, clean hotel, with decent rooftop restaurant

This would have been a 10 if not for the fact that a member of staff called two of our three-person travelling party at 10:30 pm to enquire about dinner orders ("Hello, may I have your dinner order please"). We stayed at this hotel specifically as an overnight stop before a 4am wakeup for a drive to Kashmir, so we weren't too happy about being woken up unnecessarily.

Impeccable service and attention by all. Special mention of Dimple at front desk. Will surely visit again.

2nd room access card for couple not there.

Stayed here twice. Location is decent. They also could provide me a secure and covered parking space for my motorcycle (although it is a slight walk from the parking area to the lift of the hotel - which can be a hassle if you are alone and have a few bags). Property has decent breakfast and also has some restaurants nearby if you so desire.

Lovely hotel room, bathroom and rooftop restaurant, I didn't leave the place for two days. Very quiet and restorative.

Nothing to do in Pathankot

Everything you'd expect from this chain, staff friendly and professional, rooms clean and comfortable. The restaurant very nice and food lovely with drinks nice and cold. Staff again friendly and professional

The food selection was awesome. Alcohol was served. The bed was comfortable. Loved the decor. The staff were very welcoming and informative.

The stay was great, the only issue was that they called us at 10:30PM about our dinner plans and woke us up. That is in spite of the fact that we had dinner earlier at their restaurant!

staff was very courteous and helpful . Kanuj at the front desk and Kushal in housekeeping were so hospitable helping and going beyond their regular call of duty to make us feel comfortable

the service was excellent the staff was cooperative and gave the best service …the front office stafff housekeeping as well as fnb was great …..hope to see you soon

In chaotic places we cannot expect a terrific location but still location was quite ok, quite central, breakfast was quite good, met everyone's expectations.

The only thing lacking was that room service was little slow, sometimes we had to remind again. Rest everything was perfect.
